It's simple really, the joy of alcohol is as natural to the world as the concept of Netwon's laws of conservation of motion - just as an object wants to stay in motion, a man ought to want that pleasant, warm burn in the belly and the languid ease that just melts into one's muscles, Axl mused as he tilted the glass of rather bad bourbon he scrounged up from the bar. He could've done without the burn in his mouth, but beggars can't choose - least it wasn't vodka.

"Soooo, a city with no one around but ourselves? What do you even do for fun?" The man cheerfully asked as he grabbed a billiards cue from the wall. "Ran into a guy who attacked with one of these - I think he even kills people with them. Strange person," He murmured reflectively before he gave a test whirl - the arc was quick but stopped dead as the butt smacked against his heel. Axl yelped and had immediately yanked his foot away.

"Okay, ow - that wasn't a smart thing to do." There was an awkward pause.

"I'm serious, what do you guys do to unwind?"
