[ One would argue that very few sights leave the Painted Doll quite as genuinely impressed and even then there is room to question if it isn't just an act. She is not frightened - she is annoyed and even then she makes a point to not show it. Could this be punishment? Most certainly not. She has not broken any rules nor disrespected their ringleader. Such foolishness- but what then? Where exactly is she and why are there no familiar faces in the vicinity?
