John can cook pretty well, all things considered how much he avoided the kitchen in his early teenage years (as if fifteen isn't still "early teen years"). He cant season his foods ~properly~ or anything but as long as the food either goes in a microwave or is on the stove top it comes out edible. The second something he is doing needs to be put in the oven for any reason, he will mess it up majorly.
