Generally speaking, the whole "possibly having vampires living in the basement" thing is something you should disclose BEFORE making a lease agreement. I mean, it's right up there with "built on an Indian burial ground."

Haha, I really enjoy poor Phoenix's doomed crush. Is there anything in particular you'd like to do with that, or shall Claudia just continue to be hilariously oblivious in her usual manner?

I have this weird idea where he becomes that sort of person she bounces things off of and a shoulder to cry on, but never actually getting closer to him than that. It just makes it that much more painful. :V

She definitely thinks he's a good, honest, trustworthy person, so I can see her opening up about problems &etc to him! Haha, she'll probably say horribly tone deaf things about how he's a good person and she appreciates him.
