[ These technological wonders are far beyond your run of the mill viking's wildest dreams-- unless, of course, you are Floki-- but the Lodbrok family does not shy away from the strange. As was evident in Ragnar's determination to find new lands for them to plunder and explore.

Still, she's not exactly enthused to be taken from her home against her will, as she believes this to be. Hearing a familiar voice is, at least, consoling in a way.

That leaves their children with their monk, and he's shown that he can handle that. Her husband, on the other hand, should not be left to do things on his own like this. ]

[ OH LOOK IT'S HIS WIFE. Ragnar's immediately relieved--although he could imagine that she was safe at home when he'd been dropped off somewhere like this--but it's good t see Lagertha here. The children must be at home with the nanny the monk.

[ Lagertha gives him a dry, yet fondly amused, look in response to that, carrying her own shield on-hand. She does not trust this place, and it's a heavy, familiar weight that she knows will not let her down if something attacks her in this strange place.

Reaching her hand up, she pats his cheek like one would sympathetically a child. There, there, husband. They will find out where they are together, and return with riches to their children and monk. ]
