Hello there! I'm Derse and I'm bringing in Zacharie from the RPG Maker game OFF. He's the obligatory video game merchant and he's here to sell you a bunch of stuff! Which you will buy because it's really good stuff. But there's really no more to him, not at all.

He's coming in after saying his final lines to the Batter and the Player and will probably be amused he got himself a sequel so soon. Zacharie also comes with a permission post because as much as he likes talking to characters he likes chatting up their muns as well. Feel free to comment there if you'd like to opt into that!
