Hey Ruby City, this is Indigo bringing you an old-time muse; Bellatrix Lestrange from the Harry Potter canon. Think "unhinged Dark Witch with a terrifying obsession with Lord Voldemort and his ideas". She's not the happiest camper in the whole lot and not the safest one to be around, either; that's going to be taken care of quickly though. There's some pre-emptive plotting with Rei, Sirius' player, to at least confiscate her wand though I'm hoping to get a lot more CR for her. I imagine a good portion of it might be negative but we'll see how it goes.
