Sorry about this, but I have to emergency hiatus because my computer is broken. ;;

HELLO YOU RUBY CITY PEOPLES. Arc here, bringing you a second character, one Marisa Kirisame from Touhou Project! AREN'T YOU PEOPLE LUCKY. You get the biggest kleptomaniac most of us have ever seen who also has the ability to fly and shoot lasers out of a handheld furnace.

She's brought with her said handheld furnace and her broom which she doesn't NEED to fly, but she always has it with her to complete the whole 'witch' look.

She's one of the main player characters in the Touhou series, and is no stranger to solving incidents, so what's solving an incident about trapping a bunch of people in a city, huh? Huh? :D

... Anyway, I hope you all have fun ~~dealing with her~~ dealing with her.
