Safehouse plotting!
I'm realizing belatedly that I probably should have posted to this to the OOC comm to get it out to a wider audience, so allow me to rectify that now with a cross-post from the last State of the City!
Basically, with threat levels rising in the city, a certain little citizen is recognizing the need to protect the populace, thus she will be establishing a safehouse for everyone to take shelter in.
