HELLO, RUBY CITY.
Right, so basically, I have a notice of sorts to give: while under the influence of the Despair Disease, Gundam is going to be using his talent with animals to set wargs on pretty much everybody. This is obviously optional for your character to experience directly, but just in case you want to have them notice or fall victim to it, I have a few more details.
As for when and how he's going to be taken down, that's already been sorted out, but please be aware that it's probably going to be near the end of the event and definitely with a wide enough window for him to be cured. I'm okay with him getting roughed up by other people before then, but he is unfortunately reserved for getting the shit totally kicked out of him by someone else. Sorry!
Uhh, oh right, one more thing: if your character manages to piss him off personally during the event, you can definitely assume he'll be dispatching wargs periodically to try and kill them. He's nice and considerate like that.

The wargs are:Gundam is only going to be directly accompanying them on a few occasions, either because he's retrieving (read as, "probably stealing") food for himself or because the wargs need additional coordination. If you'd like to encounter him on one of these raids, let me know; otherwise, feel free to have your character mention they might have seen him.
- Traveling in packs of 2-3 (still).
- Attacking during the day as well as well as at night.
- Targeting mostly the fringes of the city so that they can retreat to the plains if things turn sour.
- Behaving more strategically/intelligently than usual, which ought to make it clear that they're being directed by someone.
- Becoming bolder as the event wears on, resulting in more vicious and frequent attacks that reach ever deeper into the city.
