Do you remember how we all bid ridiculous amounts of money on dates for each other once upon a time?
Time to put up or shut up.
THE forcedish DATE MEME
Feeling romantic? Take your date to the top of the clocktower and look at the stars. Feeling like a quickie? The Black Stallion has all your alcohol fueled needs. Wanting a quaint date leaning over a table? Le Cafe Anglais and the Coffee Joint will help you make your dreams come true. Or, just wine and dine your date at home. Whatever it is, be creative.
You paid for this, after all!

Regulus Black, for many obvious reasons, isn't one of these people.
And despite that or - really, as anyone who knew him would be able to tell - because of that, Sirius grins at his brother, holds a rose out to him and even puts a hand on his shoulder.]
You look lovely, princess.
no subject
Alas, it can't.
So Regulus pointedly shoves away Sirius' hand. He considers simply telling Sirius to bugger off but that's the downside of living with your forced date. You can't escape them. Might as well get this over with before Sirius decides to get creative.]
Funny, and here I thought you would be the girl. I'd expected a dress, at the very least.
no subject
[He laughs and ruffles his hair, because he can.]
Do you still remember the pigtails?
no subject
[Yeah, no, dress isn't gonna happen. He's just going to stalk towards the door and take charge of this affair before Sirius comes up with something awful.]
no subject
[Have an arm across your shoulder, Regulus.]
I'll take you for a ride, Reg. Are you ready?
no subject
Alright, take me on this little magical ride of yours.
no subject
[He lets go of his brother to get on said bike, then tilts his head.]
Come on, darling brother.
no subject
[Yet here he is, getting onto the bike with barely a protest.]
If the Muggle contraption gets me killed I'm going to haunt you for the rest of your life.
[Well, barely a protest.]
no subject
[With that cryptic message, Sirius starts the motor and heads up into the sky.]
Hold on tight!
no subject
[And then there is only screaming - manly screaming, mind you - as he clings to his brother for dear life and squeezes his eyes shut.]
...I want a broom...
no subject
[That said, he does exactly that and perhaps he also has them gain altitude a tad faster than they'd strictly speaking have to.
Because big brother, that's why.]
Don't piss yourself!
no subject
I hate you, I hate you so much...
[But it's almost like being on a broom and he used to be an excellent flier, back at Hogwarts when he had the time to fly regularly. Soon enough, the view is distracting him, he's never seen Ruby City from the air.]
no subject
[Sirius ignores it and just enjoys the wind, enjoys the speed, most especially enjoys the curve he makes that seems to feel as if they are about to just tumble over.]
Still not quite like flying on a broom, but I love it.
no subject
As far as a date with my bloody brother goes I'm not complaining. But if you ever scare me like that again I'm going to Crucio you.
no subject
[Yeah, that is shouted, and that is also the only warning Regulus gets before Sirius speeds up even more and steers them further up into the sky, gradually just about getting them into a vertical position.]
no subject
[And then he is back to making a noise somewhere between a yell and a whoop. If he were flying it would be all whooping, after all a Seeker is used to daring maneuvers, but being completely at Sirius' mercy... Well.]
You're crazy. Who taught you to fly like that?
no subject
[And isn't that good to hear right before the vehicle you sit on turns on its head and, yeah, Sirius is making them fly a looping, fast enough to pull it off before they can fall down. Only then he slows again, laughing, crazed, and ecstatic.]
no subject
I'm going to puke on you, you prat!
no subject
[He looks back at him over his shoulder, smiling brightly.]
Do you really want to land?
no subject
no subject
[Sirius laughs and then suddenly just lets go of the handlebars.]
Take over, Reg. Now!
no subject
...gonna kill you, Sirius, kill you!
no subject
You still scream like a little girl.
no subject
[But he feels more secure now that he is properly piloting the bike. The wind is whipping at his hair and stinging in his eyes.]
It's perfect. I didn't realize how much I'd missed this.
no subject
[Back in prison, but he's not going to mention that. Not when he's as close to feeling free as he can get.]
We should get brooms.
