[ Jean goes ahead and laughs a bit, pulling Marco up closer and kissing his cheek. When did Jean become this lame? He can't even blame Marco for that, not with the way his chest feels warm and tight, the way he'd never complain about Marco being 'too close' or 'too cheesy.' That's all Jean. It's part of what Jean loves about Marco. He really should've realized sooner... ]

[ Jean grumbles, but he's more frustrated at himself than Marco, anyway. He's just grumpy 'cause he's embarrassed. And happy too. Marco likes him. He knows him better than anyone, and still... ]

[ Jean smirks, leaning down to kiss Marco again. Any excuse is a good excuse to do that. A second (technically third) chance sounds really good. ]

[ Even if you need a fourth, a fifth, or a sixth chance, Marco will gladly provide, Jean. ]

[ And at that, he leans in a bit, giving Jean room to make his move. ]

[ Jean bridges the gap between them, pressing his lips against Marco's a little less awkwardly this time. He's still slow, deliberate... this moment means the world to him. ]

[ Whoops, there they go again. Marco closes his eyes when Jean closes in, moving his lips alongside the other teenager's, slowly, but with determination. There's only going to be one of this moment in his life, so he's gotta enjoy it as much as possible. Maybe he'll just lift his hand a bit to caress Jean's cheek, because apparently that's a thing people do when they're kissing? ]

[ Jean wraps his arms around Marco's neck, holding him close as he kisses him. He's not super sure what a tender kiss feels like, but he's going for it, kissing his way to the edge of Marco's lips, even his jaw. Marco means the world to him, if he could make him feel like this all the time, he'd do it. If it means fumbling kisses and awkward confessions, then all the better. ]

[ And the effort that Jean is going through is more than enough to make Marco happy. He knows that when Jean sets his mind on something. he'll follow through as much as it is possible for him. Even the awkward kisses have a cute aspect to them, in part because Marco himself hasn't exactly done it before. When Jean works his way to his jaw, he can't help but let out a little whimper. And pray to the high heavens Jean hadn't heard it. ]
