CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!
♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

PLAYER: Amie
CHARACTER(S): Sephiroth

CURRENTLY: Sephiroth has recently had his regeneration nerfed as punishment for killing Ragnarok-Fang in the aftermath of the Halloween Party. He then got on the wrong end of a pack of Wargs on the plains this time last week and has been contained/sedated in the Clinic for public health reasons/his own good while he has to heal like a human. It's not been easy as he's still strength enough to inadvertently rip open stitched up skin just by flinching or moving too much. The worst of the punishment will be over this week though and surely his body will start to repair itself from this week - but at a pace much slower than he would like. The punishment will run until December at which point I imagine he'll probably be self-harming ripping everything back open himself so that he can force it to re-heal and not be scarred.

I intend for him to leave the clinic early on/mid-week this week, still being bandaged up in places, but (unless anything else is plotted in meantime) he will go back to his apartment and stay there. It's much too dangerous for him to be wandering the streets alone when he's less than able to properly defend himself, and flying he's a little apprehensive about trying in case his wing rips an injury open on his back - though he is going to have to do something about more clothing as, yes, that leather jacket got ripped to shreds. There will also be a need for sustenance to drive the slower healing process, since he's still not his own self-sufficient self. I think another trip to the armorer soon to try to get a few cracks repaired will be in order also.

Did I mention his left/main lead-arm is rather f00ked rn, well there you go!

Cast mates aside, it's difficult for Sephiroth to get CR in general as he's such a damn loner and dependent on himself all the time. But by all means, someone, take advantage of his not-doing-too-good time right now to sow those seeds of respect. Depending how it's approached, depends on if he'll hate you later for belittling him or if he'll file you into that coveted 'could be useful' part of his brain. I'd like for him to meet people who are of a similarly egotistical mindset to him, a handful of potential rivals perhaps - and generally for him to continue to be a jerk.

I (kind of) wanted someone(s) to take an interest into what Sephiroth is given his time in the Clinic but I think with the Dracula-pocalypse there was simply too much going on at the time. If anyone would still like to plot something to this effect - let me know!

Considering the influx of vampires recently I sometimes wonder what effect Sephiroth's blood would have on them. And I'm a SUCKER (bad pun) for vampires ngl

Potent food source? Poison? Or simply an additional way for him to get his cells (Read: influence) around? Thoughts anyone?

I could have Orihime or Raye do some investigating, if you like! Neither was around to witness anything going down with the Grail War, so there wouldn't be any prejudice involved. Orihime's nicer and might offer to heal him, while Raye might be suspicious depending on the vibes he gives off.

Either or would be great. Only for Orihime, magical-type(?) healing won't be of much use. It wouldn't be so much of a punishment if anyone could just pop in and heal him up that way!

Clinic log is open, if you want to try and butt heads how either one might get interested first? What things specifically they would look into/find?
Or we can hand wave and work it in to future things...I'm easy.

I'll send Orihime then, since I'm not sure if Raye was in the city yet when the log went up. He can run into Raye later on! :D As for what Orihime would look for, she'd just notice that he has a strong spiritual presence, and she'd just chat with him and ask outright if he doesn't immediately shut her down.

Despite not being evil, Genesis is kind of in the same boat with not being very social and dependent on himself but I do like what limited CR we have so far and I'd like to expand on it!

Obviously, he already knows what Sephiroth is, so Clinic things won't matter much. But perhaps being filed in the 'could be useful' part of the brain?

But yes, our very limited CR is SO CHARGED that it must continue. Maybe he'll get that name out of you soon!

What are you feeling for this CR or should we just continue to throw them at each other and see what happens?

Well, it is a fun 'what if' question to have so trust me, I fully understand.

Personally, I'm feeling amused by this CR and just want to keep throwing them at each other and see what happens unless you have other ideas? I'm really up for anything.

I don't generally long-term plan CR anything as this guy has mood swings worse than I do so I guess we'll just continue to see where it goes?

Hi thar. CR with Dirk will likely only end in Seph being a vessel for the kid experimenting with his new powers at the moment so that might not be a good direction to go in but hey I have four other characters that I could toss your way.

Did you say something about clothing. I have a rather talented seamstress on my roster here.

Seamstress might be the next thing he goes in search for once he fails in finding any thing available in the City that suits him. I mean, he has Rosalind for his armor, he needs to have someone for clothing surely! He managed to find a cloak he's been using for Darkness practice but he's going to be pining for that leather jacket again not too long after he's healed up enough.

Plus winter is coming, and while he's not effected by the cold (in fact probably reminisces a little over it) it might be worth his comfort to get some warmer things to wear.

So, given that Sephiroth has CR with Xigbar already, sooner or later he's probably going to run into Xemnas. Would you like to do a thing with this?

I think it's a given that considering his bff Xigbar they're going to get introduced at some point so yes I think they should meet soon.

General theme is: teaching Sephiroth how to use that extremely potent Darkness that is so inherent to his being, and Xigbar just wants to see what he does with it.
