CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!
♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

CHARACTER(S): Just Waver here
CURRENTLY: Waver's been keeping himself busy with his attempt to read every book in the library, and attempting to understand what on earth is going on with all the vampire politics lately. (Although he's leaning towards, "I don't even want to know.") Generally, he really just needs to be forced out more and possibly dragged into adventures.

He's also thinking about trying to build his murder mercury blob that he had during the Grail War, and also making a smaller one for Hange so there's that.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Any and all. I know there's plenty of stuff left over from the Grail War that can be followed up on.

Hi Waver would you like some more English with your English.

England and Remus seem to be good matches for Waver's personality and the Dolorosa may be too. If he's interested in magic then England, Remus and Twilight are definitely good ways to go and he's possibly seen the latter two hanging out in the library anyway :'3

WE ALWAYS NEED MORE ENGLISH.

He and England as well as Twilight have had some interactions but nothing in depth, so there's plenty of ways that things can be teased out. Although Remus tbh seems like the best match because magic classism and such is Waver's truest jam.
