[He knows how ninja you are, Mikasa, he knows that sneaking up on you from behind is a bad idea, but you're one of his best friends and he knows you'll understand!

So! Have one sneaky Armin Arlert coming up and hugging you from behind. All smiles and happy sparkly eyes.]

[Lightly giving her a squeeze as he nuzzled his nose to her cheek.]

[ Armin and Eren are probably the only one's who can get by hugging Mikasa without, you know, getting their arm twisted to their backs. She's a bit awkward when it comes to hugging, but she doesn't mind it. ]

It is.

[ ... She doesn't have anything better to add to that, really. ]

[Armin didn't expect any other kind of reaction from Mikasa, he was full of Christmas spirit after reading so many Christmas tales and seeing people in the city decorating and cooking~]

You see the mistletoe up there? Apparently that means we have to share a holiday kiss!

[pointing up at where the sprig hung, before pressing a sweet surprise kiss to Mikasa's cheek.]

So...

do you think it's really true? [Eren peers up at the mistletoe, then back at Mikasa] ... That if we don't do the... the thing, we'll have bad luck?

[ Mikasa stares at the offending plant, before she glances at Eren. It's the quickest glance, though, because she's feeling incredibly shy, and she's also half hiding in her scarf. She doesn't even bother removing the scarf when she talks, so her voice is muffled, though he can probably understand her okay. ]

I... Don't know.

[ A quick glance at the plant, before she looks away. ]

I'm sure I can... Dispose of the plant or something. Maybe if we burn it, it won't be... [ a pause. ] Magic? [ yeah ok ] -- Anymore.

[greatrage]

[Eren's a little flustered too, just a bit red in the face. But more than anything he's concerned about the bad luck. Who knows? In this place, where magic was very real, who knew?!]

Maybe... but then, maybe that would just make it worse. Like... maybe it would double the bad luck. [he glances at Mikasa] I... don't think we should take any chances, Mikasa!

[tatakaeru]

... Okay.

[ To be honest, it probably shouldn't be a huge deal because they're siblings and platonic kisses are totally a thing but she's a bit nervous and awkward and caught in the moment and this dumb tradition makes everything weird and out of place and she doesn't dare do anything that would make Eren feel uncomfortable. She nods, fidgeting a bit with her scarf. ]

Would you like me to kiss your hand? That probably works the best...

[greatrage]

[on the flip side, Eren feels like this might be a good opportunity to give Mikasa something nice. Something she might not otherwise get from him. Something he knows she wants that he normally doesn't feel comfortable offering]

Yeah, well... maybe that doesn't count, though. So maybe, just to be sure...

[ noooo Mikasa is definitely flustered. Killing titans? Without blinking. Standing up to an army? Totes cool.

...K-kissing Eren?????? Mikasa's a nervous mess. ]

Are you sure?

[greatrage]

[Eren offers a confident smile and a thumbs up] Positive!

A... Alright.

[ She nods, but keeps still, trying to avert her gaze and wow that spot on the wall sure is interesting.

... Your call, Eren. ]

[greatrage]

[Eren just keeps a warm smile on his face, and he carefully tugs Mikasa's scarf down away from her mouth. Then another gentle touch to turn her face toward his.

He places a soft, simple, sweet kiss on her lips]
