CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme~

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!
♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!
♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Waver Velvet
CURRENTLY: Waver's been in the lab, as always, and generally keeping to himself. He's had an eye on some of the rumblings that Erwin's been making about something like a government, or at least an emergency response network, but that's really the most he's done.
CR YOU'D LIKE: So I know that I owe a few people CR (for which I apologise). Ultimately, I realize Waver hasn't gotten out much so I'd like to see if that can be changed. I know one way would be for there to be more of an emphasis on whatever attempts of governing are out there and poking at the politics a bit, but I know that that's not of interest to most folks. So, really, anything you'd like to do with Waver, wing it at me.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I've got nothin' for here.

I've actually had Onion lob some questions about this at me, but my biggest concern is the fact Waver's not a biologist, so I don't know how much he could help on say the, examining blood front.
