[He stuck his fingers underneath the cowl and peeled it back, trying to shake the water that had seeped into his hair and... trying to figure out how to look like a normal human being when all he had was a gigantic cape and a bat symbol on his chest.
He let the cowl fall back and hefted part of the cape further over his shoulders to at least try and obscure most of his costume. At least the damn cape would finally come in handy for something better.]
