4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.

5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.

6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.

7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.

[The speaker is a young woman, certainly no older that twenty. Her smile is polite and practiced, and the apron she wears might speak to some training in that regard...]

Everyone agrees that we're all from different worlds here, right? So, I was wondering... What about the plants?

[The question hangs in the air for a moment, and then she laughs, a faintly sheepish tinge creeping into her smile.]

I'm sorry, that must seem like a strange thing to ask. But it's important to me! I was given free rein of the Tohno mansion's garden, and I grew all sorts of things there. So of there are any special plants that grow here, please let me know so I can transplant a few samples.

II. Action - Clinic
[Kohaku can be found seated in the clinic, supplies spread out on the table in front of her. Currently, she's busying herself with grinding some herbs into a powder, but when approached, she looks up with a smile.]

Hello, may I help you?

[ the young woman who approaches Kohaku is clearly not human, beyond the strange outfit she wears and the glowing eyes behind her visor. she only has three fingers on each hand, for starters, and her legs curve strangely, more like a dog's hind legs than a human's. ]

[For all Kohaku responds to it, Tali's appearance may as well be something mundane as dirt. Her smile doesn't waver in the slightest.]

Yes, that's right. Kohaku, Ruby City's premiere pharmacist, at your service!

[In the afternoon, Integra can be found hovering about the clinic for her daily shift. Her interest is piqued once she spots the redhead occupying the table.]

Ah--! No, I'm afraid. I work here as a nurse. [She's never seen her around before, so...] I presume you're new to the city?

Is that so? [She keeps smiling, setting her mortar and pestle aside.] I guess that means we'll be working together from now on! My name is Kohaku, Ms....?

A pleasure. Sir Integra Hellsing. [A beat.] You may call me Sir Integra if you like.

[Integra doesn't smile; her demeanor more neutral than anything. Though she's not unpleasant.]

You specialize in medicines, I take it? [She asks, glancing over at the mortar.]

Yes, that's right. I'm a licensed pharmacist, and something of a self-taught herbalist to boot. [She seems a little young to be boasting such a qualification, but...] I only arrived recently, but it seemed natural to me to put my skills to use where they're needed.
