May Test Drive

Thinking of apping a character but not sure they'll fit in the city walls?
Have no fear, a meme for you is here.
Directions:
Locations:
1. Train Station: New arrival, or waiting to welcome people? Either way, the train comes in, but you still can't ride it out.
2. Cathedral: Looking for redemption? Just doing a little sight-seeing? Or just getting a little shelter?
3. The Clocktower: You can see the whole city from here!
4. The Black Stallion Saloon: You were told the burgers were great here-- but maybe you just came for the beer.
5. The Library: You came to do a little research, but it looks like all of the information's just out of your reach. Though, you can always find a way to pass the time here.
6. The Coffee Joint: A lovely place to have a chat and a bite to eat.
7. Le Cafe Anglais: A Parisian-British fusion that's as charming as it sounds and serves the best tea around.
Scenarios
1. Just walked in: You intended to get here, and you made your way in; but now someone's caught your eye and you'd like to have a chat.
2. Been here all day: You've been sitting around minding the time. Maybe you didn't notice them at first or maybe you were just working up the courage to talk-- either way, they know you're here and you know it too.
3. Bad weather: You're here because you've gotten rained in. This wasn't your choice, but at least it's dry-- right?
4. Wild card: Got something better in mind? Well screw these prompts, try it out yourself!
Have fun, guys!

[Eleven tries to stop grinning like Christmas has come early but finds that he can't. It doesn't appear to be the worst thing to do since his younger self has not started running for the mountains yet, so he stops bothering.]
I just wanted to offer you my help actually and I am not going to go back on that. I am sure I would have noticed that wonderful coat of yours before had you been in town for a while already.
[He extends a hand, not even bothering to tell the other who he is. Part of the fun is having his other selves figure out who he is after all!]
Welcome to Ruby City!

Oh! Well, then, thank you very much indeed, my dear...?
[He'll accept that handshake, and--oh. Well then. His smile fades somewhat, an eyebrow creeping back up instead.]
Ruby City? I take it there's some sort of tiresome time anomaly or other here, or have the Time Lords conveniently forgotten they're annoyed at me because their very existence is under threat? Again.
[...he still appreciates that you like his coat, other him, but. Well. He's a bit tired of his life being orchestrated by people who don't even have the decency to thank him for saving all their fat necks on several different occasions.]

Doctor.
And no. Not the Time Lords this time. You, I and two more of us have been kidnapped, effectively. I got my TARDIS here, but we are stuck here. Been here for nearly nine months now.
no subject
Yes, I'm well aware.
[He figured it out the second they touched, and while he's thinking of it he's going to cram his hands into his trouser pockets. It's not that he doesn't like you, Eleven, but he's not too happy with any of himselves now, including himself personally, so he'll just... do that. Yeah.]
Really? [Despite how little he wants any part of whatever is going on... it's not like he has much of a choice. If he can't find his TARDIS--or perhaps it's already here in the form of this him's ship?--he's not going to be able to go anywhere anytime soon. And there's quite a lot of things to worry him about what Eleven just said.] Nine months? And none of me--us--you--have found a way out yet? What's wrong with the old girl?
