CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Damian Wayne
CURRENTLY: Hangs out around the city researching other worlds (the library), eavesdropping/being an attention-demanding pest (police station), or working on personal projects (going in-between the general store and his house with fresh supplies). At night he also has his own rooftop patrol, and during the day he can be found frequently using Spiral's training gym.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Anything, really! Meeting new people would be fantastic. He may be prickly but he's a good kid who likes helping out, I promise.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: He gets into all sorts of trouble canonically - I'm good with most anything!

SHE TRIES TO KEEP THINGS . . . NORMAL . . . so she sticks to places that seem the most homelike to her, like the coffee shop, saloon, stuff like that

She also likes to jog in the mornings, gotta stay in shape

He does morning runs too...perhaps a jogging partner thang?
(He promises he will go slow for her. Not everyone can be a highly trained athlete. Oh look he can even run circles around her--)

Cafe is also a secret favorite of his, kiddo's got a sweet tooth and a coffee addiction, so he goes there once a week or so.

You can bet that the Doctor's going to bug Damian whenever he can and sometimes just because he can. Their last thread together was a lot of fun.

He is alright with this. Especially if trouble and/or explosions are involved.

Man it is a shame the TARDIS is stuck in RC cuz kiddo would make a terrifying wonderful companion for time-space adventures.

There's usually some form of trouble involved with the Doctor. Explosions are an occasional side effect.

But yeah, it really is a shame, because he'd love to show Damian around, along with a few others. and he's also getting a bit stir-crazy, not being able to go wherever he wants anymore.

And man so stir-crazy, I can imagine!! Plus his other selves popping up like weeds, TARDIS is bigger on the inside, but...not big enough.

Exactly! Not that he doesn't like his other selves turning up, and really, the city's pretty big, but it's just not big enough for someone who's used to having the option of taking off to see the entire universe.

Or, really, just in general. He will have a truly, uh, interesting post after the AC turn-over.

Yeah!! I'm good with anything, really. Gilgamesh is swag. Even if he is a total 5-year-old.

Damian's also familiar with Gilgamesh's epic (although that one he did read in Latin translation rather than Akkadian because wow that language is really really dead), so next time they meet would be interesting.

He's aware they were meant to be read as separate - he was taught to approach pieces of artwork from a holistic standpoint, so he was pretty thoroughly vetted on not only the contents of the pieces, but their larger context during the time/place they were created. (Admittedly, he ditches a good chunk of this knowledge later on since the focus of his studies really was on Greco-Roman culture and history than anything else.)
