CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Maya Fey, Virgil Hawkins, Conrad Achenleck, and Saber/Arturia Pendragon
CURRENTLY:

Arturia is forcing herself to learn about diplomacy and proper police habits, because she wants to make the police a more official 'thing' and get them on track to doing more to aid the city.

Conrad is sort of relearning the powers and shit he adjusted to in the city prior to his canon update. It's going a little more quickly than last time since he's done it before, but.

....also, Cap is trying to get him to go on a date with Seras. Don't ask Conrad about it or you might give him a coronary. (Or you would if he wasn't dead.)

Virgil is REALLY BORED. However he's also a superhero, and so he's worried about the heat. He's thinking about getting together with someone who can make fans and powering them for more heat-sensitive residents.

Maya is just being Maya. She's not currently investigating anything important, and is honestly just hanging around trying to strengthen her friend connections again. She's also made things a little easier with Mia, so she's in much brighter spirits.

kid just gets into everything. like if something even remotely interesting is happening he will hone in on it. she could just be practicing her aim at the range or something and he'll be up in that like

CURRENTLY: Patrolling. Most of the time. And surveying, when he's not patrolling. Being serious and keeping the peace. Sometimes he goes home to sleep or checks out the library for some useful information. He is in the RCPD. He signed up to serve with both Captain Rogers and Sir Pendragon, because he likes helping that much, so if you need some civil assistance, he's your man.
CR YOU'D LIKE: I would like anything and anyone! But people to tease Marlowe or try to get him to lighten up are especially welcome. He's seventeen, he should be having some fun. As a workaholic child soldier, he needs more lightheartedness in his life. Cute people, funny people, and people that would bewilder him, for whatever reason, are loved. Not that other serious soldier types aren't wanted, too. And negative CR is beautiful, as Marlowe is sadly easy to antagonize.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I'm up for JUST ABOUT anything, but I don't want Marlowe to be seriously injured or killed.
