Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Jamie McCrimmon
CURRENTLY: He's won a piece of the coin used to make wishes, and is currently pretty firmly convinced making the wish is a Bad Idea. Buuuut he may very well wind up giving his piece to Sephiroth anyway, depending on how the conversation with the two of them goes, so we'll have to see there. Other than that he's mostly been dealing with trying to sort out this multiple Doctor thing and occasionally getting weird senses of deja vu about various things thanks to his slightly imperfectly-blocked memories. Also he found bagpipes in the TARDIS. Sorry, guys. :3
CR YOU'D LIKE: I am going to be that person that says anything, because honestly anything would be fabulous. Friends, enemies, what have you, I will take it all. More long term I would like to work on him getting those blocked canon memories of his back, but that's a more over time sort of thing and not anything I'm looking to do in the immediate future.
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I don't particularly want to deal with killing him off right now, but that's about it, really.

Okay, more seriously, the school is available at any time if you decide you want to try and find something for Jamie to do there!

And I still plan on having him at least check it out out of curiosity, if nothing else! Even if he doesn't wind up doing much with it, I'd still like to do more things with Diarmuid, because I really have been enjoying their meeting.

I have as well! I am sure we can find things for them to do, even if it is just going out to get drunk and tell stories about their lives. Once he finds out Jamie is tied to the Doctors, he is going to be curious about what knowing them is like...

Oh dear...Jamie can't remember most of that, bummer...

Alas, no, he can't. At least not yet. But going out and getting drunk isn't a bad plan. They can talk about lassies instead. /sage nod.

Hehe...well Diarmuid does have something of a stock of liquor now, since he spent a little while looking for a specific type. Someone should help him try it all...

I'm really enjoying our thread with regards to the coin fragment and it will be very interesting to see where it goes!

I'm sorry for my slowness of late as motivation/lack of time during the week for tags is a thing - and considering Sephiroth will be stuck in a crystal during my hiatus it's completely up to you (if he does end up getting it off Jamie) if he just so happens to have the fragment on him at that point. Ha, no one will be getting it then huh? lol

As for future CR, again it depends on the current thread and how that winds up but- either way positive or negative could happen as a result? Sephiroth could quite conveniently be somewhat amiable to Jamie for a while, thus putting out conflicting signals with regard to what he's really about....

I am enjoying the thread as well!! And we can definitely see what happens with future CR based on the thread. It could actually be fairly interesting to have Sephiroth be amiable for a while, especially if Jamie doesn't get a name out of him. He did get a warning about Sephiroth from Zack, but if he doesn't know that the person he's talking to and Seph are the same person, then he wouldn't have any reason to be wary of this perfectly reasonable person he's talking to, now would he? :D

In regards to the thread, though, no worries about it being slow. I'm generally fairly slow myself! But in regards to it being out of play we can see where the thread is at the point you were planning on going on hiatus, maybe? I'm not sure exactly when that is, though, and I apologize if I missed something.

Hey, well Sephiroth won't volunteer his name if Jamie doesn't ask for it. He might even deflect the subject if introductions are inferred, but won't be able to avoid the topic eventually if directly asked (if that makes any sense!). Who knows, though, even by the time Jamie does learn his name he might have developed this image of a strong yet reasonable person (brains and brawn together is a rarity?) which may even start people questioning Zack and others' opinions of him.

That'd be fun, trying to get him into the grey-area he's more suited to when you take castmates' strong negativity away. He can be a reasonable guy and a reliable ally - to whomever it suits him to be.

Don't worry so much about the hiatus' affecting the thread I do plan to continue backtagging but just without so much pressure on, in order to clear this burnout. If it gets to a point where we need a decision about who has the fragment or not, we'll figure something out. Though mostly, your fragment, your choice! :D
