Given that they have only crossed paths on a couple of occasions so far, Sephiroth generally doesn't think that Dante is worth much of his attention. He's a little like Grimmjow, a firey upstart that is overconfident, overpowered and has the desire to prove it whenever given any inkling of an opportunity. Then again, he does appreciate power when he sees it.
He could be as flashy if he really wanted to, or if he had much of a reason to, but considering how long Sephiroth has been in the City especially recently he sees such showboating as pointless. It only puts on a show for the Overseers and then they come to prove that they really have the finger on all the buttons.
Despite the fact that Sephiroth can't remember much of the events leading up to the Sending-attempt, he knows that they did fight and it annoys him that he can't remember past a certain point in their stand off. The fight itself floats somewhere in his recollection and he doesn't really know when it happened either. For all he knows, considering the last event as well, it could have been a dream. Either way his instinct tells him it didn't end well and for this reason he'll avoid Dante until he's managed to piece together enough to know how it went.

Besides, it makes perfect sense for Sephiroth's memories to be a bit squiffed after what happened. If need be we'll figure out the details later on.

He thinks she's a busy-body, an interfering little girl who really has nothing better to do than involve herself in any little thing that doesn't concern her. The whole sequence of events with Tifa prior to the Sending-attempt proved that enough to him. Until then, Sephiroth was happy enough to brush-off anything Yuna might say to him -she doesn't know, she can't make judgments and isn't worth his retaliation.
Since he came out of hibernation though, Sephiroth is generally more uncertain of Yuna. He knows she might have had something to do with the whole complication with the Chaos/Darkness, yet he can't scrape together the facts in his own memories to back it up.

It must be a hangover of her very special time with the Remnants that keeps Sephiroth so interested in Elena. She is technically a part of his wider consciousness and therefore he makes it his business to know exactly what is going on with her, inside-and-out, a lot of the time. Nevermind that she is one of the longest in residence and so must logically know a lot more than others about the City in general, their state of being in it etc etc.
One to be kept close, and if that perturbs her then it's all the more reason to do it. Sephiroth knows that he has managed to turn himself
moresointo the very personification of her fears and that gives him power over her and so he relishes every time she tries to put on that oh-so brave face simply for the fact that he knows it's not the truth. That she feels compelled still to save face, and in fact how hard she tries to cover up the cracks. But don't fret Elena, he's not going to spill your darkest secrets. It suits him perfectly for only the two of them to know full well what went on, what was thought by her during it, what was said and what he did to her. Torture is a relatively new tool for him to exert his dominance with, and while it's one of those things he's not sure he liked doing yet, it says something that she was the first. He'd be all for betting that she will be the first to crack under the pressure eventually; another surge for his ego.

Morrigan is -by far- the most enthralling individual that Sephiroth has met in Ruby City. From their first encounter with the trek into the woods that followed, to the more recent conversation where she has started to reveal some of what she is to him her attitude and mannerisms are so different from what he has dealt with before, which in turn only inspires even more curiosity about her.
He is enjoying piecing her together bit by bit rather than just attempting to psychically invade her consciousness in order to learn it all in one go. He actually wouldn't consider to do that now as it would be too rude considering all the civil, and near friendly, conversations and also the favors that she's given him. He is still waiting for that time where she might need something from him in return but he'd be more likely to fulfill a request from Morrigan than anyone else.
Though, as he still remains an evolutionary-step above her (like everyone) if there does come a point where his actions might result in her getting hurt or annoyed with him he still wouldn't refrain from doing it. But at the very least, Morrigan knows the most about how self-driven and egotistical he is so as not to take much offense?

Very interesting! Morrigan should tell him more about succubi. :V (and herself, but mostly about the species as a whole)
