[November] CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

CHARACTER(S): Tohru Adachi (Persona 4) denialism, & Marlowe Freudenberg (Attack on Titan) eagerbeaver

CURRENTLY: After being a vampire for a bit, Adachi has gone back to his preferred habit of being lazy and eating a lot. He lives above the Black Stallion Saloon, so he's never far from booze. He will cause trouble but only if it is of interest to him and he thinks he can get away from it. He is looking for something fun to do, but nothing has come up yet.

Marlowe is a very good young man who likes to patrol and help people. He patrols a lot. It's kind of his thing. He just returned to the city recently after an absence of a couple months (thanks to his player's RL). He's been canon updated to the most recent chapter, and he now has his horse. He works with Sir Pendragon, and he'd be glad to interact with members of the Ruby City PD, old and new.

Marlowe works well with others, but is very serious and easy to annoy. Adachi doesn't work well with others, and is often apathetic and annoying.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Just about anything. Positive, negative, and in between. Marlowe needs more friends! Adachi isn't very good at making friends, but he could use more.... people willing to tolerate Adachi. Or not!

Orihime and Marlowe just need to straight up be buddies and hang out. Does he want some winter clothes? She can make him some winter clothes. And Orihime will totally tolerate Adachi and if he wants to come over and join those other assholes who eat her questionable dinners, he is more than welcome.

I approve of all of this! Orihime and Marlowe would make great buddies! And he could probably use some winter clothes. He's from the north, but he doesn't really have anything special with him.

Adachi does like free food... but he doesn't know about all this social stuff. However, if she promises to make something he really likes, he'll most likely go to see if it's any good.

As long as it's a dessert, Adachi won't be disappointed. And if he finds her a recipe to follow to the letter, she could make something normal. It's only when she's left to her own devices that she tries to experiment with different flavor combos.

And it's settled! Next time I see a Marlowe post, she'll go wave at him. Or I can make one later.
