Tojiko won't be infected, at least in large part because trying to kill a ghost is a pain in the keister. However, she has a VERY old fashioned view of disease and will actively try to advocate killing the infected and immediately dumping their bodies somewhere out of a belief that this will remove the contagion unless somebody explains to her that shit doesn't WORK like that in the modern era. (This is, in large part, due to the fact that Tojiko's most active aspect is Wrath.)
Hiroshi will not, after some thought, be infected, as he spends enough time being a sad sack. He will, instead, be helping Kuzuryuu out with spreading information, treating people, and so on, because he needs to find some sort of role so he can feel better about himself.
