Donna will be infected with the heart disease, which will manifest itself with devotion/obsession. I don't anticipate her killing anyone while under the influence of the disease, but anything else is pretty much wide open as a possibility (with permission, naturally).

The Tenth Doctor will probably be looking after her but I'm game for plotting encounters with her too. \o\
