hello hello! some of y'all probably know me as Togami over on heirdisqualification!
i'm bringing carlos (the scientist) into RC and i'm v excited omg. for those of you that aren't familiar with WTNV, carlos is, of course, a scientist. he's come from a very strange city himself, so he's...pretty used to daily disasters.
