Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

WHO ARE THEY?: giorno is 16, the don of a gang called passione, and basically owns italy. he is generally very polite and helpful but also conniving as fuck and will kill you if you mess with him or his people because . . . still a mobster you guys. he also has a stand that can bring inanimate objects to life, along with some other kind of OP stuff that's available in his app if you don't mind spoilers!
CURRENTLY: he is currently staying above the coffee shop, having the world's quietest existential crisis/nervous breakdown, and trying to sweet-talk the baristas into joining passione. not really. probably not really. he can also be found pretty much anywhere in the city, since he's trying to get to know it as well as possible in case disaster strikes.
CR YOU'D LIKE: the unhelpful "anything"! definitely negative cr - giorno can be very blunt and very dangerous when the mood strikes him, and he's morally a little left of center. positive cr is great too, though it sometimes takes a while to get him to open up.

WHO ARE THEY?: Super spazzy happy musician girl who at a glance you'd likely have no clue she has an incredibly sad and dark past.
CURRENTLY: Ibuki's just playing around as usual, trying to make the most of her time here in Ruby City.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Just about anything? I just wing it a good deal of the time so if anybody would like to plot out some specific thing with Ibuki then poke me or something!

CHARACTER(S): Jotaro Kujo

WHO ARE THEY?: Jotaro is a 17-year-old Japanese kid from 1987/1988 who comes from a family with a century-long grudgematch against an asshole vampire named Dio. When Dio's activities indirectly threaten the life of his mother, Jotaro's grandfather Assembles The Squad™ and they set off on a whirlwind worldwide adventure to track down Dio and defeat him before his mother's time runs out. Like a handful of other people in the City now, he has a ghostly punchbeast called a Stand with some pretty cool powers (some of which are spoilery if you haven't seen the end of Part 3, so check his app for more information on that!), and he's been through some Serious Shit and it shows on occasion, but on an average day he's pretty gruff, pretty reserved, doesn't have a lot of patience for things that annoy him, and deep down is in fact a TREMENDOUS NERD if you can get past his tough exterior to his passion for things like marine biology, reading, sumo, and detective shows.

CURRENTLY: At the moment he's got a room at Spiral and goes up to the part of the river that's to the north of that part of the city to hang out there sometimes. When he does go on errands out and about in the city, one thing of note is that he always has his Stand, Star Platinum, partially out and watching his surroundings, so it's possible to notice a weird purple ghosty thing hovering around his shoulders when he's out and about — though please let me know if you want to, so we can coordinate!

CR YOU'D LIKE: Honestly, I know he can be pretty reserved in threads, but I'd really like to get him some CR that will engage him in some personal interests that aren't just being a tough guy who's good at winning fights; patient people that he can get comfortable with talking to would be fantastic. I can also humbly submit that in canon he tends to attract a lot of female admirers who think he's dreamy so I suppose if you would like him to be perpetually exasperated with you and yell a lot about how annoying you're being, he's there for that, too.

Also, if there's CR that you think he'd be good for with your character, please hit me up! I like to help facilitate things where I can, so pitch me an idea and we can definitely throw around some ideas, if you want!

CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: At this particular point in time, I think the only thing I'd like to avoid is CR in the ballpark of overt threats or general danger of physical harm; I'd like to give him a little room to grow and unwind before having him get caught up in another grudgematch with a villainous person out to get him. Lower-scale negative CR is fine, though!

ANYTHING ELSE? Because he's from 1987/1988, there's a lot of stuff he's missed out on in the past ~25 years, culturally speaking. PLEASE CATCH HIM UP ON WHAT HE'S MISSED. TEACH HIM ABOUT EMOJI FOR HILARIOUS EFFECT. IDK I AM HERE FOR TIME PARADOX SHENANIGANS.

CHARACTER(S): Bruno Buccellati

WHO ARE THEY?: Bruno is a twenty (soon to be twenty-one!) year old gangster. He had his own subset gang within the larger Passione which was largely comprised of misfit boys (he was basically mom), but because he takes a very strong stand against drugs things happened and he'd been out to permanently remove the boss. He's a little on the reserved side except when trying to project a certain image, but he's almost always nice up until the precise moment he needs to punch your face in. He tries not to do that too frequently if it can be helped. Like a bunch of others around these parts, he's got a Stand that lets him create hammerspace as well as detach and attach things.

CURRENTLY: He is staying above the coffee shop and convincing himself (and everyone around him) that everything is fine. (Spoilers: it's sorta not???) You can probably find him wherever you'd find Giorno and/or Mista. The former because don and the latter because he still kinda needs a babysitter. But he does wander the city on his own, getting the lay of the land and will absolutely chat with anybody. Bruno doesn't whip out Sticky Fingers often, but if you wanna see it, lemme know.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Absolutely everything and anything between. Most characters would probably have a hard time getting negative CR with Bruno, but it could still be managed. Positive CR is probably the easiest, although Bruno is likely to be a little superficial at first since he needs to suss people out. Also befriending Bruno like means also getting yourself some CR with the rest of the Passione kiddos here, so!!!

WHO ARE THEY?: He's a mafia hitman but now Giorno's #2 man. Yeah, think about it. Mista is this huge loser and he has a massive, supernatural fear of the number four. Yet he is literally second in command of a gang. Shit is screwed up. But hey, he's generally, usually a fun person to be around. And he's usually just :| a lot of times but in a really stupid way. btw don't insult Giorno the guy is his hero man don't do it. Bruno too.
CURRENTLY: Getting used to things. Doing what Giorno tells him to do. Things like that.

WHO ARE THEY?: Harry Potter 17 y/o wizard, The Boy Who Lived, The Chosen One, That Guy With The Scar. He's still dealing with the aftermath of the battle he was in the middle of, although he knows now that he will live through it. He can be polite enough, but he gets sarcastic with authority.
CURRENTLY: I still need to get him a jobbie or something to do. The bakery had been suggested. He's only been in city for a couple weeks now, so he's learned enough to start getting around.

WHO ARE THEY?: Jean-Paul Doret Ballet dancer/choreographer from 1910 Paris. He's a bit of a drunk, a bit soured on humanity, a lapsed Catholic, oh and he made a deal with Lucifer (that didn't involve souls).
CURRENTLY: He has just gotten here and is still settling in.

CR YOU'D LIKE: positive, negative, anything in between. I can pretty much always find a reason to tag someone to at least kick off CR, so if you wanna through yours and mine at the wall and see what happens, LET'S DO IT

WHO ARE THEY?: Mickey is a heroic mouse king who fights baddies with a giant Keyblade, and automatically loves everyone!
CURRENTLY: dealing with being homesick mostly, so he may be avoiding folks for a little bit, though he will still try to make an effort to be friendly.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Maybe some folks who understand what it feels like to be an expected hero, yet failing at it?

WHO ARE THEY?: Mikan is a Super High School Level Nurse (which means she's the best at it) who has a severe attention/bullying complex and will do absolutely anything to please people. ANYTHING.
CURRENTLY: When not with Ibuki and Kazuichi at their household, she can be found working at the clinic.
CR YOU'D LIKE: I'm mean - I'd like her to be bullied, just to show people how badly wound she is.

CHARACTER(S): Nagito Komaeda (this guy) and Miles Edgeworth (frilliance)
WHO ARE THEY?: Komaeda is a student the Hope's Peak Academy gang. He seems like a nice enough kid until you find out his twisted obsession with hope and despair and that he is willing to go to horrible lengths to achieve hope as the end goal. He fawns over people with talent and thinks that he himself is a worthless human being for not having a useful talent. Komaeda also craves love and friendship even though he doesn't think he deserves it.

Miles Edgeworth is a genius prosecutor from Japaninfornia who likes tea, chess and tokusatsu shows. He is a grumpy ice queen on the outside and a kind man and a huge dork on the inside. Once upon a time, Edgeworth was a ruthless man who would do anything to get every defendant he prosecuted guilty. However, LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP made him learn the error of his ways and now he looks for truth. Edgeworth's social skills are pretty terrible, due to an isolated upbringing, and can come across as heartless sometimes but he does mean well.

CURRENTLY: Edgeworth is busy trying to do a lot of police office work as a pretty bad coping method for what a dick he behaved during the de-aging event. At some point, he and Twilight are going on an expedition to the mountains to investigate them.

Komaeda is going through some complicated feelings after having connected his wish to be a stepping stone for hope with his fear of being alone. This confusion and OTHER COMPLICATED TRAGIC ISSUES are going to make him more determined to do something in this city. Things are going to get even worse when Wanda helps him regain one of his memories so it'll be interesting!

CR YOU'D LIKE: ANY! Both positive and negative CR for both guys. And friends for them too.

With Edgeworth I would like to do a lot of investigating the city's mysteries. He's done a little and at some point I'd like to compile some notes that he makes which might take a while and will start when I get my lazy butt off. It might also be good to compile a gigantic IC introduction of the city for newcomers which includes places to avoid, etc. I'd also like some friends outside his current CR. Also I WOULD LOVE HIM TO HAVE A TEENAGE ASSISTANT.

As I've said, Komaeda is going through some complicated character development but I think I want him to eventually be a mix of his post-Chapter 4 self and his Dangan Island ending. And for him to eventually learn to stop hating himself. Which is gonna take forever but...

WHO ARE THEY?: Osamu is an independent and somewhat bratty/bossy twelve year old that speaks her mind and points out obvious things from time to time, she can be a bit blunt with the way she asks or points things out but she has a good heart and doesn't really mean anything by it.
CURRENTLY: She's making up with friends, trying to learn to cook and do a few other things, she certainly wants to learn to do something with clothes since nothing really fits right here. She also will be looking for a way to get an actual film camera and the things for a dark room.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Any and all.

CHARACTER(S): Togami here, and Carlos over at whatitis.
WHO ARE THEY?: Togami is a prickly but brilliant teenage businessman. He's part of the Hope's Peak gang, and so therefore kinda suffers from bad memories of the place. He's naturally a very cruel person, though he has managed to tone that aspect of his personality down. Somewhat.

Carlos is a scientist. He studies science. Not botany, not engineering, just plain ol' science. (Whatever that is.) He hails from Night Vale, a friendly desert community where things are weirder than they are in Ruby City. He's generally a pretty easygoing guy, and a valuable resource if you need any help with either weird happenings or SCIENCE.
CURRENTLY: Togami manages the bookstore, and is also the caretaker of most of the city's cat population. He's mostly given up on his quest to create an economy for Ruby City, but he'd be happy to rekindle that idea.

Carlos, being fairly new, isn't doing much of anything. Go figure. He's mostly just holing up in the library, doing research.
CR YOU'D LIKE: Please give Togami some positive relationships. Please. I'm cool with most things for Carlos, though!
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: I think I'm cool with most everything? The only thing I might shy away from is romantic intentions with Carlos--he's very happily taken.

Princess Aurora || Disney Princess and all that comes with. Singing, a good deal of optimism, ability to communicate with animals and have them do her bidding be her friends. She's sixteen and a is filled with love, light, and trust.

Chibi Chibi || A magical, all powerful, and immortal guardian of the universe disguising (successfully... for the most part) as a four year old. She is incredibly affectionate and prone to hugging and cuddling EVERYONE. No one is safe from her arms... no one. Not even bad guys.

Ritsuka Aoyagi || Angry, angsty, twelve year old, one-eyed cat boy. Ritsuka has so many issues that he takes the most time to get to his soft gooey core. He is trying to navigate his issues and his budding preference for his own gender.

CURRENTLY:
Princess Aurora|| Aurora owns the flower, herb, and home vegetables/fruits shop. And she is, apparently, the resident Ruby City wedding planner and florist. She's going to be planning James Norrington's birthday soon which she'll need help distracting him for that.

Chibi Chibi|| CURRENTLY STUCK IN THE CATACOMBS. After that though? Probably dealing with the fact that she had to use more of her powers in front of people.

Ritsuka Aoyagi|| Trying to make up for being a jerk while he was older.

Aurora: Aurora is the most stable of my muses, but I'm always up for plotting with her!
Chibi Chibi: I would actually like to reveal even more of her powers. Not outright reveal her as the guardian of the universe, but definitely lean more towards "she's obviously not a helpless 4 year old."
Ritsuka: I'm going to be honest, I really want to have him get a crush on another boy/man and figure out the appropriate way to handle it (his own experience is incredibly messed up). I'm completely okay with it being one-sided on his part!

WHO ARE THEY?: He's a twenty year old student from a steampunk world. He was training to be a soldier to serve on an airship before coming to the city. He's a nice young man who second guesses himself a good amount of the time and generally just wants to help people. He also has a boyfriend back home. He thinks, they didn't get around to discussing that. He also likes to follow the rules, for the most part.
CURRENTLY: WELL TURNING INTO AN ADULT AND KID LAST MONTH MESSED HIM UP. He's still trying to sort that all out, and mortified that he drunk posted on the network. So this month he'll probably be hiding a little and apologizing/thanking people that dealt with him, as well as sorting things out. He'll be really questioning if he wants to be a soldier too, so there might be an internal existential crisis going on.

WHO ARE THEY?: Weird cranky antler guy who runs the bakery.
CURRENTLY: JW just became #1 Dad so he's all hype about that. He's trying to shake some of the Age Event's hallucinations. They're clinging to him pretty bad and it makes him really tired.

CHARACTER: Roman Gulliver
WHO ARE THEY?: Granola boy demon-in-disguise who swindles people in return for power. Loves math.
CURRENTLY: Working on his art skills by vandalizing the bridges (they're looking pretty cool actually), trying to ignore HOW HOT AFONSO IS, and practicing magic while avoiding Dante's stinkface.
CR YOU'D LIKE: EVERYTHING / Making deals with people! Is there something AWFUL you'd love to happen to your character? Wanna get them a new low-key power? ROMAN'S YOUR MAN. He could also just use more buddies to pretend-human around with! He can teach you math.

WHO ARE THEY?:
Maglor is the emoest elf to ever emo. He's a genocidal mass murderer who is bound by a terrible oath and cursed and has lost... well, pretty much everything he ever loved. But he's depressed and tired and gentle and he loves children, he's devoted to his family, and he's really kinda sick of killing things. He's probably one of the greatest musicians and singers you have ever heard in your life, and since he comes from a world that was born from song, if he ever actually put his mind to it he'd probably be ridiculously powerful.
Erestor is Elrond's chief counsellor (yes, that Elrond). He's logical, practical, has a dry sense of humor, self-effacing, and prefers to watch and direct rather than be actively involved. He used to be a scout, so he's no slouch in the weapons department, but these days he's rather out of practice, preferring his books to the weapons yard. He's the sort of guy who seems to know everything about everybody and is always neat and tidy and organised.

CURRENTLY:
Maglor is mostly attached to his elder brother Maedhros at the hip (Maedhros committed suicide in front of him, you see, so he's a bit clingy now he has him back) but when he's not he's mostly just bumming around. He likes the Tea Shop England runs, and if not there or the park is almost certainly either by the River or on the Beach.
Erestor is currently in self-imposed isolation in the Elfhouse because his best friend kissed him, and he is well aware that said best friend's OTHER best friend, who he was PRETTY SURE best friend was dating before they both died (#elves) is here. SO HE'S A BIT CONFUSED RIGHT NOW. If not at home, he is probably either in the Library researching, or in the park. What is he researching? E V E R Y T H I N G.

I am always amused when people meet Mags and think he's a huge sweetheart only to learn that he's also a mass murderer, and Erestor just needs people to drag him out places |D

Finnian: Gardener and guardian of the Phantomhive estate, a young energetic boy with irregular strength that is a bit overly emotional.
Samwise: Gardener and cook to the elves, this hobbit is one of a kind in all of Ruby City and seems to get overlooked quite often since he doesn't draw much attention to himself and stands a bit below most people's line of sight.
Seimei: The smiling devil, this young neko has something of a brother fetish and feels that pretty much everyone save the two of them are inferior and are merely things to be used and manipulated. Still he is playing nice since he's lacking his fighters here.
Undertaker: What more is there to say, his name is his profession and his profession is his passion. This former reaper is now interested in finding what drives humans and is interested in finding the secret of the heart/soul.
CURRENTLY:
Finnian: Tending to his duties and responsibilities as a member of the Phantomhive household.
Samwise: This guy isn't doing much of anything, though with the harvest festival and crops I wager he'll be preparing for winter appropriately.
Seimei: Looking for a way to get to the 'gods' and searching for more information on them and the NPCs.
Undertaker: Setting up shop somewhere to sell custom coffins and unique custom furniture. Will probably also be creepy and hang around the morgue.

CR YOU'D LIKE: Really they all need CR, but Undertaker especially needs someone who will make him laugh and spark his interest. I'd also like someone intellectual to debate/speak with Seimei about morals, possibly someone as heartless or apathetic about others as he is.

WHO ARE THEY?: An 18 year old muggle-born witch, future Mrs. Potter, and future mother of wizard!Jesus. With all the baggage she knows is coming in her future, she's surprisingly well-grounded, but she does have a tendency for mothering and being frustratingly self-righteous. But at least she knows how to work a stove, suck it Regulus.
CURRENTLY: Lily's adjusting to the fact that she's just met her adult son from the future, which brings on a whole slew of heavy emotions. It also makes dating his future father super weird. But she's still running the potions shop, trying to get more out in the city since after a year here she seems to be staying.
CR YOU'D LIKE: While I'm definitely open to anything, I'd love CR that puts her outside her comfort zone or even reminds her how young she actually is the scheme of things. Lily kind of markets herself as this competent adult, which legally she is, but there's a lot she doesn't know and given her age at her death, will never know in normal circumstances.

CURRENTLY:
James is getting to know his son and it's DELICIOUSLY PAINFUL. He's also firmly in the dating area with Lily, and loves her and his son more every day. Also he still hates JW, Regulus, and Lucius Malfoy with a deep and fiery passion. Thinking about starting a Quidditch team what with fall approaching? Gonna show off some broomstick or other soon I think.

Rapunzel is sorting out her blooming feelings for Darcy Lewis. She is still only vaguely aware of what a sexuality is or how to have one. Disney Princess from the late 18th century-ish. Ahahaha. She's also still recovering from her time as a child, and is wondering if people were serious about wanting her to paint more of the town.

WHO ARE THEY?: JANE is the woman of science, one of the most frequent visitors of the observatory, a magical theorist, and stubborn short person who has been learning to balance work and play and is growing frequently frustrated with revenge and all that.

YUUTA is absolutely new to the city, can see ghosts, has a few other ghost-related powers that he likes to keep under wraps, and is working on a few degrees in environmental sciences. Poor thing has no idea what is in store for him.

CURRENTLY: Jane is still doing experiments and working at the observatory, taking care of her kitten, reading books in the library, helping out at the bakery and Mr. Gold’s shop, and is dealing with the new wizard in town—her boyfriend’s cousin-in-law. Who is also her new next door neighbor! Yay!

Yuuta is still getting his footing, but has claimed a house and is working on cleaning it up and making it a little homier. He is also helping Mr. Gold create a garden in exchange for tea that he can’t find in the stores or cafes here.
