[NOVEMBER] CR/Plotting/Handwaving Meme

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other! New CR is highly encouraged - you never know what might happen.

Izabel has an excuse to stop by the music shop sometime soon, if them running into each other and being weird off-the-wall teens is something that interests you!

...Also if it goes well, she might try to get Ibuki in on plans for a big dumb hair party sleepover type thing she wants to do with Giorno.

CHARACTER(S): Osamu Kimizuka
WHO ARE THEY?: A stubborn, blunt, and outspoken 12 year old with cat ears that dislikes her 'boyish' name and prefers going by her family name; though she really doesn't mind if friends call her by Osamu. Kimizuka has a fascination with still life photography. She is a fairly independent and strong will child that is willing to take risks but really shouldn't since she has no survival skills.
CURRENTLY: Currently she is helping at Nadeshiko/Nagihiko gym and house to get set up after the other just returned. Other than that she'll be around the city taking pictures with the watch and looking for a real camera.
CR YOU'D LIKE: I'd love for her to make a few more friends, and possibly someone for her to frustrate with her independent antics. I kind of also want to do something awful since she's done all this dangerous stuff and nothing's really happened despite the fact she hasn't exactly been cautious.
ANYTHING ELSE? Nope.

CHARACTER(S): Maedhros
WHO ARE THEY?: Feanorian, Kinslayer, former Noldor High King {like half the cast}, sucker for puppy dog eyes, and one of the sparkly/tarnished elves that have taken up space in the city.
CURRENTLY: Harassing Thranduil, sitting on Fingon, getting embarrassed by Maglor, helping Sansa out, getting abducted by Aragorn, that kind of thing.
CR YOU'D LIKE: The good, the bad, the ugly?
CR YOU WOULD NOT LIKE: Romance.
ANYTHING ELSE? I do play Maedhros as being secretly wed to his half-cousin Fingon. However as that is not the purpose of this game and it is understood this aspect can be a sensitive subject, I will always warn for anything beyond what any close friendship would allow.

CURRENTLY: He's normally at his house, but most of the time he's exploring Ruby City, relaxing in hot springs, or just exercising in the park.
