Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

WHO ARE THEY?: A junior member of the Turks who has, in the city, been promoted to the leader of ShinRa Hotel and creator / unofficial leader of the Ruby City Patrol.
CURRENTLY: Elena is back and she's gonna cause some trouble and getting reacquainted to the city and its inhabitants.

CURRENTLY: giorno is doing a bunch of shit, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO punchfights on the beach, holding hands with buddies, trying to start a bootleg jewelry-making business, apologizing for being a bonehead, and taking his friend's mom out on a date. most importantly! sometime this month (probably mid-month i think?) giorno is going to try to organize a dance. yes really even the mafia is high school sometimes. everyone is invited. everyone is also invited to a massive snowball fight during the first snowfall of the year. prepare yourselves.

Mickey is a heroic mouse-king who fights bad guys with a giant key. He loves everyone and wants to help everyone and boy oh boy he can't wait for Halloween!

Mikan is a Super High School Level Nurse, which means she is THE BEST at nursing. She's also always apologizing and will do absolutely anything for attention.
CURRENTLY:
With James gone, Mickey will be using the ship as a temporary second home. This month he'll mostly be seen there, cleaning it up and fixing up whatever needs to be.

Mikan will be part of Ibuki's party, but otherwise has no plans for this month.

CURRENTLY: Living in the coffee shop apartments until jojohouse is completed later in the month. She's been kinda stuck there for the past month since she had just gotten off of two months being bedridden, but she's getting her strength back now and will start being more adventurous! Current plans are tour date with son's friend and possibly learning sunlight magic martial arts from grandma later.

Ritsuka: Soon to be a 12 year old cat boy with a mountain of trust issues among much more.

Aurora: Dealing with the fact some of her close CR is gone, also runs the Flower/Herb/home grown vegetables and fruits shop

CHARACTER(S): Regulus Black from Harry Potter
WHO ARE THEY?: Regulus is a young wizard (now 20) born to a rich and old, but incredibly bigoted family. Before he even left school he joined the Dark Lord Voldemort in his quest to rid the wizarding world of all those who blood was "impure", and at the time thought it was a worthy cause. The reality of war taught him better, and he started to doubt both the methods, and the inferiority of Muggles and Muggle-borns, who he had been raised to believe were no more than talking animals. He should have died at 18 in an ill-planned, but well-intentioned quest of his own to help bring about Voldemort's downfall - instead he ended up in Ruby City.
He's since learned to be more tolerant of people who are different, and reduced his aristocratic airs, but is still somewhat of a prat. Mostly he's just trying to make the best of his second shot at life after ruining the first due to wrong choices.
CURRENTLY: He likes to hang out with his girlfriend, Jane Foster, and haunts the library. He's still working on his studies of Muggle science, as well as collecting knowledge of magic across the world, and (mostly unsuccessfully) tries to combine various magics. Basically he does all kinds of magical experiments and research. And he gets bullied a lot by his unruly flying lizard Tabit.

WHO ARE THEY?: Little 9 year old girl who is too proud for her own good. She's a grumpy little thing that keeps to herself unless she sees someone of interest, then she's all over them. Also definitely not afraid of having dumb fights with dumb people.
CURRENTLY: She's been studying in the library and staying at home mostly because hiatus, hopefully she'll be out a lot more during November.

CHARACTER(S): Jotaro Kujo (starmark) and now Reimi Sugimoto (doreimi)

WHO ARE THEY?:
Jotaro is a seventeen-year-old Japanese kid who stands at 6'5" and does a very good impression of being a cool, stoic hardass. That is, however, largely just an impression, because he's actually very passionate about a range of intellectual interests including the oceans and aquatic life. He's also wrapped up in a pretty big Family Legacy™, made more prominent by the fact that he's got such a big cast with him in the city. Generally speaking he likes talking about music and fish, doesn't particularly like loud people or clingy girls, and he knows how to play the guitar.

Reimi is the far more personable of the two, being a sixteen-year-old former babysitter who is actually also a ghost! She and her dog Arnold were brutally murdered over a decade ago, and stuck around to see her killer brought to justice, which got completed right before her arrival to the city. So now she's a ghost without a mission, and consequently is kind of shopping around for both some friends and a direction for what to do with herself, on the grounds that she's been largely preoccupied with vengeance before now and never really had to think about any of that.

CURRENTLY:
Jotaro can almost always be found on Lot 25, where he's been working regularly on the Joestar Mansion for the cast. Other than that his most common places of note are Spiral, the beach, the library, and the coffee shop.

Reimi just got here, but she also doesn't sleep or really have any need to settle down, so you can find her pretty much anywhere save for in the overtly dangerous places like the forest; she's been warned off of those. If you'd like to run into her, please hit me up!

CR YOU'D LIKE:
Honestly, I'd just love to have some crosscanon friendship going for both of them; Jotaro's making headway at that and Reimi is still pretty new. Jotaro has also been showing an interest in foreign languages lately, particularly Italian, if anyone has the ability to help him out with learning that. Reimi would probably do well with other teenagers and I would personally adore having people in her general age group who'd be interested in flirting and bantering with her, as the lord intended.

WHO ARE THEY?: ABBACCHIO is mean and unpleasant, in the mafia, and doesn't like other people. but i swear there are things he will talk about, such as: not liking other people, wine, good music... he's not impossible but he is trial and error, mostly trial.

OKUYASU is a high school student, dumb but sweet, likes to have fun and shout about how much fun he's having and maybe get into fights for fun too. usually attached to josuke but you can pry them apart with promises of food or dumb escapades.
CURRENTLY: abbacchio lurks in spiral and/or the library. he has no real hobbies and tends to sustain a social life by existing in the same place as other people and occasionally making commentary. i'm sorry, he's a weirdo.

okuyasu is NEW NEW NEW, staying at the cafe, and busy making weird demands of all the fake aliens (and real aliens) he's met so far! he can't sit still or his brain shuts down.

I don't know, really, but Jotaro is essentially Brax at that 'age' (though in Gallifreyan terms, that's probably the age of fifty or something) and Brax knows Italian and has experience of being a teacher. If asked, he'd probably go for it?

WHO ARE THEY?: Emo elf was emo before you humans thought it was cool. BASICALLY Mags is the second of seven brothers who are in their own world the elven equivalent of the boogeyman, the evil guys who show up and kill all your family. This is only a very slight exaggeration of the truth. Mags has a kill count higher than most people who are not supervillans okay, and a significant chunk of those are other elves. He struggles with PTSD & depression & survivor's guilt and he has a tendency to decide that EVERYTHING THAT GOES WRONG IS HIS FAULT. He's also gentle, has a snarky, sly sense of humor, loves children, and is the second best bard in existence.
CURRENTLY: He is (1) learning guitar from Jotaro (2) learning violin from England (yes simultaneously. SECOND BEST BARD IN EXISTANCE) (3) Teaching Finnian how to play piano (4) moping about Ezio (5) guilting about not telling big bro that oh gee he committed suicide in front of Mags (6) worrying about Finrod (7) being terrified of Earendil (8) trying to dad at Ciel and Kaylin and Ritsuka and Finnian. Literally, in Finny's case.

WHO ARE THEY?: Erestor is Elrond's chief counsellor, ie the guy who runs Rivendell behind the scenes. He's logical and dry and practical and sarcastic and likes to pretend he has no emotions. He's a survivor of war and has PTSD issues that he keeps tucked away neatly where they don't bother anyone thank you he has no issues what nonsense do you speak? He's a favoured uncle to Aragorn and a tutor to both Aragorn & Elrond's own children, and once upon a time, Elrond himself. He's not in the movies and has all of three lines in the books |D
CURRENTLY: NOT MUCH at the moment. He's poking around in the library mostly, and trying to sort out the complicated emotional issues (he hates emotions they are so messy, logic is better) with Ecthelion and Glorfindel and himself. He likes to have tea with Aurora. Oh and he politely insulted Viserys.
