An Adventuress Returning

Hello, my darling Rubyites!

After a good month or so of a full RP hiatus while I recharged the old writing battery, I'm bringing lovely Charley Pollard back into the game.

For those who are new since she disappeared, Charley is a companion of the Eighth Doctor (and later the Sixth...yanno, wibbly wobbly, timey wimey) from the audio portion of the canon (hence the PB), who eventually had her own spinoff series because she's awesome like that. She's a headstrong young lady from 1930 who actually met the Doctor when she was running away to go on adventures of her own. She'd been in Ruby City for a good year or so, was helping Elena in the Hotel, and had just recently married Eight this summer.

It's good to be back!

Definitely! Charley always needs more friends outside of the cast.

Yay to that. I think Skye and Charley could have great adventures together. She makes a great bodyguard, if Charley ever needs one.

Eleven will scoop her up in a hug and never let go. Never, you listen.

Despite all evidence to the contrary, she would insist that she doesn't need one. But yes!

Aww, Eleven. She'll definitely get some good hugging time in with him.

I bet she would! And she'd be grumpy with him for it. You know her.

Skye could tell her how terribly sad and broken Eight was and how he doesn't want to lose her. But she knows that already and it would only hurt, so ... rather not?
