Chrysanthemum & gladiolus. Sometimes it frightens me that I could be related to a person as good-hearted as you, but then I realize that there are parts of you in me that I never looked at as clearly as I should have until I met you. Little things and big things. For that alone, but for a thousand other reasons, I'm glad that you're my - family.
"I would kill for you, or sacrifice myself for you."
You have no idea how good I would feel about hurting someone who hurt you. Or how slow I would make it, or how much they would suffer.

I'm still getting the hang of this, so we should probably practice more.

Even though you seem very naive at times, there's a positive energy about you and a quality of leadership that I admire. You are able to see more nuance in the world than I first expected upon meeting you. In some ways that's almost sad, because I'm sure much of it comes from bad experience. But all the same, I think I have a lot to learn from you.

I think I might scare you, the way I fight. But I'd do it if it needed to be done, of course.

You're so big and clumsy. I'm glad I didn't inherit that.

I want to know everything.

Only sometimes. Less and less. But you did scare me when you were angry.

I'm doing it right now. I know it would hurt you to realize that I'm still lying to you, but there are some things you simply wouldn't understand. I don't think you believe that the ends justify the means. So there are parts of myself that I'm hiding from you, and I'm not really sorry about it.
