togami isn't going to be stranger-ified, but he is going to be mad annoyed about everything that's going on. he might even (gasp) try and fix things, though he's not gonna put in THAT much effort for other people, you know? i'm probably putting up a network post during the event somewhat to the effect of "what the hap is fuckening".

carlos is also tentatively not going to be affected, but we'll see. he's going to be doing what he does best, SCIENCE, and trying to cure these poor folks, so he might be infected that way? sorry bucko. anyways i'm down for any cr with this guy, new or old!
