CHARACTER: Cecil Palmer WHO ARE THEY?: Cecil is a Public Radio Professional (not that professional) from Night Vale who is super used to weird and terrifying things but often totally unprepared for day to day happenings. He loves his ＢＯＹＦＲＩＥＮＤ， ＣＡＲＬＯＳ， ＴＨＥ ＳＣＩＥＮＴＩＳＴ, but also generally being an intrusive weirdo. Also cats. CURRENTLY: Currently Cecil is working on getting Ruby City Community Radio set up! I am hoping to get both IC and OOC announcement posts up for that later this evening, but I'm hoping it'll be a regular feature and way to get in touch with him at least once a month. Other than that, he is mostly being cute and domestic, and I want to get him nosing into people's business more often, too. CR YOU'D LIKE: All of it! All kinds.
