Did somebody call a doctor?
Ri again, aka Glitch-mun and alpha universe!Dave-mun, here with a third character (get used to these intros, I have two more characters planned). This is Billy Harris aka Dr. Horrible, from the web series Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. He's a supervillain wannabe and a qualified super genius.
He's also crazy socially awkward, and head over heels for a girl he left back home.
For those of you familiar with his canon, he comes here from the end of Act 2 - he's been told that he needs to commit murder to get into the Evil League of Evil, and he's decided that Captain Hammer will be the perfect target.
For those of you who don't know his canon, go watch it. I'll wait.
