+1 hot mess of a vampire professor

Ruby City! I am in you! Or, something that sounds less like that. Pretend my first words here were profound and thought provoking. Hello, hello, my name's Brandon, and I've brought with me Alaric Saltzman from the show with blood suckers who have feelings and keep diaries. No, really, by the final season, everyone is writing in their diary. It's a plot point. Any-hoo, the fourth wall coupled with a delayed flight has brought this former vampire hunter turned evil Original vampire who may have died, but he's back, and he's now a professor with issues including but not limited to, the craving and smell of blood and pesky alcoholism that just heightens when a vampire. That said, he's not evil, anymore. He's the best guy to have in your corner and he's pretty easy going.

For those canon in the know, or for those of you that would like to look into it, he's coming from after 6x2 "Yellow Ledbetter." He's currently done a spoiler-y thing with Elena that won't come and bite him in the ass at all. His permissions post is right over there. He's a vampire, and that comes with two perks that could affect your characters, plus my general information and preferences.

hi brandon!!! it is anne from pines, I am here also! goodness. and welcome! I love ric so much, he is one of my faves from tvd, so I am way excited to see him in game. crystal will tell you I got deeply emotional when I found out you were apping.

as far as me and ruby city, I am a mod here, so if you have any questions/concerns/etc just let me or one of my super cool comods know, we are happy to help out! character-wise I play giorno giovanna and lucy steel (both from jojo's bizarre adventure, albeit very different parts), cecil palmer (welcome to night vale), and a crau version of abigail hobbs (nbc's hannibal). most immediately relevant to you/ric will probably be giorno and abigail, because giorno is growing elena's vervain for her and also can sense life force which means he will know ric isn't quite human (assuming you are cool with that), and abigail dated elena in an alternate universe. that good drama shit.

Hi, Brandon! I'm Bry, a relatively new player myself. My character here is Kyrian Hunter from Chronicles of Nick/Dark Hunter. He's kind of similar to yours it sounds like, only he's not a real vampire. More a not-vampire that everyone thinks is a vampire. This could be interesting with these two running into each other since where Kyrian's from real vampires don't exist. Just please tell me Alaric isn't blonde...

oh hello! goodness indeed. I very much appreciate the emotion! Before they butchered his character with the babies in season 7 and course corrected way late into the game of season 8, he too was one of my faves. I feel like after season 3 they never knew how to effectively use him. ANYWAY, I am here and excited to explore the vampire with issues with being a vampire.

(cool with it, cool as a cucumber.) and yes, I remember reading that (and stalked it as it was happening, like the lurker I am and I cannot wait for all of these things to come out into the open.

I'm Dylan, player of Harry Dresden here (and his evil-detecting temple dog, Mouse), along with Marvel Comics' Howard the Duck. Both of them are quite well acquainted with vampires, so if they should find out, they won't react too panicky.

In Kyrian's canon there are two beings that created the legend of vampires. Dark-Hunters and Daimons. Given Kyrian's a dark hunter and knows them all, he would assume anything else with fangs is Daimon. But only if it were blonde. Apparently Daimons are only blonde.

Gotta love tragic backstories! And Kyrian was human too before.
