PERMISSIONS POST
So, here I have a Vino. And he's kind of made a deal with Undertaker to be a hit man, thus giving Undertaker bodies to work on. Don't worry, he won't just go about slaughtering at random - he expects a trade for something like this. Or there are times when he sees big acts of injustice, and he kinda goes crazy on a person...
Anyway!
We know Claire isn't squeamish about hurting/killing people, is the main point. So, please please please post here saying what you are and are not okay with. He's not some twisted psychotic rapey mass murderer guy, just a solipsist.
That being said, the 'torture' could go for anyone in the city, depending who calls a hit on whom - but the 'killing' bit will be aimed for those who either can't die, or can die and come back to life - such as the nations, anyone who can be repaired (like Tres), etc.

Alfred: You're welcome to torture him and TRY to kill him. He'll just come back if you do, as in my mind, nations can be badly hurt or be rendered dead or comatose, but it doesn't mean they won't eventually heal up and be okay.
Lucien: Same kind of thing here, Lucien sort of hibernates when he's too badly injured and reawakens when the damage is healed. Usually he requires blood, but w/e. |D;; It's something approachable when we get to that point, if we ever do. Torture too, I s'pose. Just don't drain him of blood and decapitate him. o3o
Grimmjow: ...Good luck? ='3? Erm. Torture is okay. But any death with him would be permanent.
Armaros: He's more or less immortal? I'd prefer no torture, but I wouldn't interfere if it happens. He's just...cute...; ;

Lucien: Duly noted. Vino's a messy murderer, but decapitation isn't usually his thing, so if it ever got to that point I think we'd be safe. [He likes his victims to be able to feel his torture, when the situation calls for it]
Grimmjow: I-I was about to say, I don't even know that he'd LET Vino lay a hand on him XD'''
Armaros: Again, in his case it'll probably be if someone does put a hit on him. Vino isn't likely to see him as such scum of the earth that he has to make him go away, himself.
