1. Using a journal of a character you've considered apping in Ruby City, post a comment as if they're already in the game! It can be audio/video, accidental/on purpose, intro/been there for ages.

2. Tag around with others--potential characters or characters who are already in the game--to see how well they fit.

3. Get a better idea of how well they'd work out in Ruby City, and app or not app accordingly!

Oh! [He crouches down and places the pencil on the ground in front of her feet, the open sketchbook next to it.

Feli goes back to unabashed staring once that is done.] I have never seen anyone draw with their feet!

[This time she doesn't respond at all. She just quietly picks up the pencil between her right foot's toes, and places her left foot on the edge of the sketchbook to balance herself and hold the paper. Her lines are precise and methodical, just like any person drawing with their hands, and it's clear she's had years of practice despite her young age. Before long, a rough sketch of Feli's face is becoming more and more clean and detailed by the second. Her only problem seems to be that erasing means putting the pencil down, twisting around and picking it up from the opposite angle, and then repeating it to start drawing again.]

[Feli watches her, at first with confused amusement, but that changes as she keeps drawing. There is true artistic talent in her pencil strokes and as he watches in fascination, he forgets for a while that she isn't even using her hand. Feliciano remains uncharacteristically silent, just watching Rin work is enough to keep him occupied.
