CR / Handwaving Meme!

Time for another of these! You all know what to do by now, and we all love some good CR, don't we? You can either ask for/offer CR you'd like to play out... Or you can discuss what may or may not already have happened!

INSTRUCTIONS

♥ Post with your characters, one per comment or a catch-all. If you have any CR in particular you'd like to rally, mention it here!

♣ Go around to other characters and discuss ways your characters may have interacted in handwaved settings. This could be casual meetings at the pub, patrols they may have gone on together, hikes and explorations, or just whatever strikes your fancy!

♦ Come up with some backstory for friendships that might not have gotten played out as fully as you'd have liked. These guys are trapped on a floating island together, 24/7... You know they bump into each other!

CR YOU'D LIKE: More in general to be honest! I'm having a hard time getting Ed out there.

What he's been up to: Ed's more or less spent his time getting settled. He's found a place to stay, and spent a good amount of time in the library by now. He's mostly there rather than at home. He's taken to sparring with dummies (or random jerks who harass him (IZAYA x()) to burn off frustration and extra energy.

What I wanna do: If there's anyone scientifically inclined, I'd love for him to meet and make "friends" somehow. I'd also really like to give him the chance to use his alchemy constructively rather than destructively.

Also, I feel Loki would be fascinated by his alchemy.

I've got plans to throw up a "ED IS LOST IN BOOKS SEND LIFE PRESERVER" aka "Ed lives in the library more than he does in his home" sort of post. :> I'll try to make it both video and action to leave it open as possible for Loki to poke at.

And Glitch is from a world where magic and "science" are frequently interchangeable, so he'd be really curious about Ed's alchemy.

Man, I watched a bit of Glitch's canon, I'm curious if Ed could manage to put up with him for long. But I'm definitely up for seeing what happens!

'A' Billy's basically a budding supervillain whose main power seems to be his genius intellect. He's also a socially awkward nerd with no idea how to talk to people, let alone girls. But yes. He needs all the science buddies.

Ahahahaha well he's from fairly late in the canon, so he's not...quite as silly and annoying? And he's actually fairly smart, he just. Can't...articulate it as well as he used to.

Poor Glitch! I've been thinking of tossing up another post where Ed's skulking through the library as he's apt to do, maybe they could run into each other there?

Helen does science. Mhm. She also probably spends time in the library. They may have briefly encountered one another at some point?

She also may at some point be willing to spar with him. She feels she's losing her touch/letting herself get soft while being trapped here.

He's gotten along with a Helen at another game I'm in with him -- so I'd love to see how they get along here! But yeah, they may have seen each other in the library here and there if they're both regulars.

Sparring huh? :o Man he'd be shocked to find out about that. She doesn't look like the fighting type!

She is an awesome fighter. Hand to hand or with weapons. Even improvised weapons when necessary. I wouldn't be surprised if she makes another trip into the forest looking for a fight soon.

Man he'd have no idea :3 I have a post about a week or so old (and i'm not scared of backtags) that she could tag if you wanted to do sparring things! If not I plan on tossing up a library post at some point today.
