[ His tone was more assertive, with a hint of amusement, rather than irritated. ]

She folds her arms in front of her body, defensive.]

[Considering Jack likes to perch on some of the taller buildings around the station, it doesn't take him long to spot Snow. He raises an eyebrow before he leaves his post, letting the wind carry him down until the tip of his staff hits the ground and he can cross his legs in the air, perching on the hook.]

Well I'm no Charming but I guess I'm anyone.

[It still surprises him a little - it always does, how easily she reciprocates everything he does - but he doesn't hesitate on the kiss, this time a little different than that other first time. Not as longing and bittersweet, just... a faint brush, and he's pulling away, eyes closed and forehead resting on hers.]

[He recognizes the voice far too quickly, considering how long ago he had last heard it. His temple throbs, and he tries to speak calmly, in spite of his own anger, shock and confusion.]

Rest assured, I had nothing to do with this. [He's turning around slowly as he speaks, eyes finally setting on her, a hint of disbelief in his gaze.]

Though I have to wonder how did you manage to... [He smiles derisively, waving a hand in the air.] ... come back.

There has to be one. Most places have them. [ Emma purses her lips and tries her best to be pleasant despite the lack of desire to. ] If I weren't new, would I be asking questions? If you can help me find a way out, that'd be great. Otherwise -- [ Miffed. She's really. Miffed. ]

[ TOO BAD SHE HAS NOOOOO IDEA WHO HE IS. She is amused by the refreshing change of pace she's getting from him compared to the others she's met so far, however. She quirks a brow herself, and looks him over quizzically. ]

[In the shadows of the train station skitters an unusually large scorpion, his mottled gray on gray patterning on his psudeo-chitin letting him blend in with the dark.]

[ He chuckled, before shifting his weight to his other foot. Looked like he had struck a gold mine.]

But I regret having to inform you you will probably be here a good while, lest you fancy confronting our hosts.

[She doesn't hear him coming, and when he speaks it makes her jump.]

Oh--..

[And then she's staring a bit, because she's never seen anyone who looks quite like that.]

... Who are you?

Oh dear.

No. I haven't.

[She folds her arms too, a small frown furrowing between her eyebrows.]

Did you lose him on the way over?

[Why is he here?! She moves quickly to him and wraps one arm around his shoulders.]

Are you alright?

[Aaah, she can't hide that she flinched. Drat.. But she does hear that playful tone.

Though, in a place like this, she can't judge if he might be friend or foe.]

I wasn't talking to you. I'm looking for my husband.

Ah-- Hello?

[She moves to the source of the voice then falters, but beggars can't be choosers.]

I'm so glad to see somebody.. What is this place?

Y'know, I used that line on someone once. Bit of a disappointment when I had to explain the joke.

[Dirk's at the base of the light pole, one hand lifted to shade his eyes despite the pointed sunglasses he's wearing. He tilts his head slightly, as if trying to get a better look at the other boy.]

Somethin' like that line, anyway.

[Wow, it's still really weird when people see him. He mimes tipping a hat on his head.]

Jack Frost, at your service.

[Jack cranes his neck to look down at the new stranger before he stands from his perch, draping his staff over his shoulders and letting his hands dangle from where he crossed them over it. Without much of a word, he jumps down, using a little breeze to soften his fall.]

I think I used it on Bunny once. Guy was never one for jokes much.

[He steps back as Jack lands, but doesn't seem overly concerned about that little display of what could only be called magic.]

Bunny? His parents can't have liked him much if he got a name like that.

[He gives a small shrug.]

Well, his full name's E. Aster Bunnymund, but he looks more like a kangaroo if you ask me.

One of Dirk's eyes squints half-shut behind his shades and for a moment he looks a bit incredulous.]

E. Aster? As in 'Easter'? You must be shittin' me. What does that make you?

Indeed. ._. YAY!

He was not with me when I was brought here.

[Which prompts her to look over her shoulder. The part of her that actually thinks rationally knows that he won't be there, but that doesn't keep her from checking.]

[Jack merely grins and inclines his head, giving a mock bow.]
