[Just gotten out of the train, Gold is looking about. The fact that he doesn't know where he is makes his mind jump to the conclusion that this is a curse, but he would have felt the magic if such were true. That was not the case. There's always a possibility that he was kidnapped - since he never really forgot who he was in the first place, who knows what would happen if he were to be taken away from Storybrooke? However, he wonders with amusement who would dare try and take him.

At the moment his attention is captured by one of the pamphlets that he tore down from one of the walls in the city. He's just this close to break out his magic, just a basic spell to try and learn where he is - or perhaps something more aggressive should there be the need?]

[Do you really want this tiny horrible child to answer that?]

Did it sound like one? I already said, they're a waste of time. I have better things to do.

[ Sometimes, Belle learnt, the train would return and bring new people into the city. If her own experience was anything to go by, it was natural that some of them were confused, or angry, or scared. Pamphlets could come off as questionable if no one else was around so the moment she heard the train approaching, any other plans of returning home right away were discarded and she decided to do the right thing and down one of the streets, to the station.

... Of course she never expected to find herself face-to-face with him. ]

[ It takes a moment or three until reality sinks in and shock, while still evident, is mixed with an overwhelming feeling of happiness. ]

[He doesn't actually believe that. But that's pretty much much the only ammunition he has right now.]

[A familiar, soothing voice is enough to calm him down, and he turns around to look at where it came from with a smile. At least she remembers who he is.] Belle.

[He lifts the paper up, but the words bear little importance to him right now.] Do you know where we are?

[ For the longest time, Mag fails to notice any other presence in the room. It isn't until she finishes her song (a slow, melancholic tune) and takes another good look around the room that her gaze sets upon the girl.

Her eyes go wide and for the briefest of moments, Mag is speechless. ]

... Shilo?

Or maybe it would be if you weren't such a dimwit.

[ She jumps, turning in the direction of the voice. Had she seen him before? He seemed familiar - possibly from Sanitarium Square, now that she thought of it, but she felt like that wasn't quite it. ]

[There's a young man in the station, on his knees where the train had pushed him off but he doesn't have the energy to pull himself to his feet. His head hurts, he's dizzy, he can't see a thing and he has no idea what's going on.

His head lifts up and mismatched eyes, one silver and one gold, look around but they focus on nothing. He blinks a couple times, tries rubbing his eyes, but nothing works. He's without sight and forced to focus on his Grace. If only it didn't make his head hurt to try to sense the things around him.]

[ooc: As a note, Po can hear any thoughts that someone has about him. ONLY about him though. And he can sense when someone is lying, nervous, etc.]

[There's a boy lying on his back on the station platform. The watch is lying open beside him though he isn't moving. He's still for a while before he suddenly sits up and screams.]

[ Belle looks like she could almost cry - she must have seen him for, what, a couple of hours before she found herself here? And that was weeks ago.

Excuse her, she's just going to step towards him and reach in for some sort of hug. ]

This is, it's Ruby City. B-but it doesn't matter, you're here now and-- [ She needs to make sure that he's real, that this isn't another trick. ] I thought I'd never see you again.

[puppy_lancer]

You don't seem that smart either if you can't mind your nutrition.

[fairdeal]

[He puts his arms around her automatically, although her cracking voice worries him. He leans his head back just enough to glance at her, running his fingers through her hair in an attempt to calm her.]

Belle, what's wrong? I just saw you.

[And an afterthought, his tone slightly lower, more threatening.] Who did this?

[ Lorelei isn't sure she wants to venture into the city without any semblance of self-assurance yet. She has been here for a couple of hours but the train's return prompted her to hide behind one of the pillars, where she remained unmoving for the longest time.

Her own appearance could come off as anachronistic in some way to an observer, but her most striking features are perhaps her eyes. At some point she finally peeks around the corner of the pillar. Her voice is almost a little too quiet to be heard properly. ]

So you don't know where we are?

I haven't seen you in weeks!

[ She does her best to fight back any tears and swallow the painful lump in her throat - she's strong, she can't afford to worry him erroneously. But it would be a lie if she said she didn't need this comfort and so, she holds onto him.

It takes her a few deep breaths to calm down and answer his second question: ]

Our... Captors, I- I've never seen them. They bring people in here a-and I don't know why but they won't let us leave. Nothing seems to work.

[Stepping off the train, she looks around slowly.] Hello..? Anypony? [More walking before there's a thud as a pocket watch lands at her front right hoof, popping open from the impact.] Oh! [Starting, she bends forward and blinks at it.] What kind of watch is this?

[Gold glances around confusedly. Weeks? That makes no sense to him. He furrows his eyebrows at her.] I am quite sure you were asleep in bed when I got up, my dear.

[He purses his lips at that, then adds in a tentative tone.] Has anyone... tried magic?

And what if you get sick in this place? Who's gonna be calling the doctor for you?

[The kid was a jerk, but Lancer didn't fancy the idea of him dying a slow and agonizing death either.]

In bed? [ This is Belle's turn to frown. ] No... No, we were standing by the wishing well. I hadn't seen you since... Since before the curse. I'd only just remembered who you are.

[ It dawns on her that it's a long time. ]

Magic, brute force, everything from what I've heard. Their magic is... stronger, somehow. [ She can't explain it accurately. ]

[fairdeal]

The wishing well? [Ah. So whoever - or whatever - brought them here is messing with time as well.] It has been a few weeks since then. For me it has, at least.

[A small smile tugs at the corner of his lips.] No magic is stronger than mine. Surely I can break this spell, or curse, whichever it is.

I've been told it works that way. [ She nods, thinking back on what some of the other residents have said. ] There's a man here, that I remember. From... A very long time ago. But somehow he looks different too.

... Would you? [ And of course, she can't help but smile. ] I don't know what this is, but you'd take us back home?

I know how to take care of myself. Go crawl back to your basement so you can clean your loli figurines or something, you stupid pedo.
