Blind Mag → Repo! The Genetic Opera

[ Two days in the city isn't that long, but it's long enough that she finally found it in herself to venture into the theatre.

She would be there for the next few hours, exploring, until she found her way to the stage. And then, if one were to pay attention, they would hear her sing. ]

[She knows that voice anywhere. Somehow she hadn't known that Mag was in the city, but when she walked past the theatre and heard the singing, she stopped where she was and tentatively entered.

She stood in the back of the room, listening to her godmother sing, not daring to move or make a sound in case she was noticed.]

[ For the longest time, Mag fails to notice any other presence in the room. It isn't until she finishes her song (a slow, melancholic tune) and takes another good look around the room that her gaze sets upon the girl.

Her eyes go wide and for the briefest of moments, Mag is speechless. ]

... Shilo?

[youdidyoudid]

[Shilo honestly doesn't mean to be noticed, she was just enraptured by Mag's voice.

And, well, the last time she had seen Mag wasn't the best memory that Shilo had.

When she's noticed, she straightens up and comes up the aisle toward the stage.]

... I didn't know you were in the city.

[ He had been resting in one of the more secluded rooms backstage, to escape the cold. He woke up to a familiar voice, mildly surprised.
Stepping out to the back of the stage, he watched and listening. It was her, alright. No doubt about it; her voice had marked their world, and even those without means knew her name.

When she was done with her song, he stepped out of the dark and into the stage, with slow claps.]

Bravo.

[ She jumps, turning in the direction of the voice. Had she seen him before? He seemed familiar - possibly from Sanitarium Square, now that she thought of it, but she felt like that wasn't quite it. ]

Have you been listening all this time?

[graaaaves]

Indeed I have.

[He stopped a couple of feet from her.]

Blind Mag herself,

[And a little bow and a flick of the wrist.]

It's an honor.[Smirk.]
