[henry didn't remember getting on the train. the last thing he remembered was eating the apple turnover. was this some sort of strange world where sleeping people were until they woke up?]

[ Hanging out at the station is becoming a habit; Belle isn't sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but of all people Belle hadn't expected to see a young child. ]

Hello. Are you... Are you lost?

[henry looked around and notices belle.] It looks that way. Do you know where I am?

[seamistress]

[She herself was wandering through the station, trying to make sense of it all, when she hears his voice.
It's almost needless to mention how the sight of a young boy reminds her of the one she left a long time ago--but there's no time for that right now.
She starts to approach him, with a tone and air to her that were more gentle than usual.]

Hello?
Are you lost?

[henry nodded. he has no clue where he was!]

Do you know where we are?

[seamistress]

According to some of these posters, this place is called Ruby City.
...are you alone?

Yeah. It looks that way. I'm Henry. What's your name?

[ticktockticktock]

Oh, someone's here alright.

[ Should he look for the origin of the voice, he would find a man leaning on nearby wall, looking straight at him, with a hint of a grin on his face. He enjoyed standing by, awaiting newcomers, even if it was but a small child. It was amusing, watching the state of confusion they found themselves in, as he had also been some months ago, at the time of his arrival.]

Welcome to Ruby City. Enjoy your stay, because you won't be going anywhere for a good while.

Ruby City? [henry looked confused. he'd never heard of such a place. walking over to the man, he glanced around the station looking for more clues.] And why not?

[ticktockticktock]

Indeed.

[ His tone was more assertive, with a hint of amusement, rather than irritated. ]

You're trapped, as the rest of us are.

[ He raised an eyebrow. ]

So unless you fancy finding a way out, I'd reccomend finding shelter.

[henry nodded muttering to himself how similar this was to the curse.]

[he continued past the man, looking around and ready to explore.]

Henry!

[That sure answers the question. Compared to what he is used to, she keeps a bit more distance, though.]

Mom! [despite his last memories of storybrooke being the cursed apple turnover, he gives her a hug. he's glad she's here and he's not alone in this strange place. but it's a quick hug, making sure he's not seeing things. he pulls back not long after.] What happened? Did you do this?

[herzlos]

[She hugs him back, honestly surprised. With the broken curse and David taking him in, things had changed. Somewhat.]

I did not. I promised you I would quit using magic.

[Poor Henry, getting his mind blown.]

[henry frowned taking a step back.] But...you don't have magic. The whole point of the curse was to bring everyone to a land without magic.

[herzlos]

[She looks at him, slightly confused now... before the mood swings to aggravation.]

It was broken. You ought to remember, after all, it is what you wanted all along.

[It's still odd, not denying the curse around him.]

The curse...was broken? [henry looks more confused than delighted. that's not what he remembers.] No. Emma was trying to leave Storybrooke and you gave her an apple turnover. She wouldn't believe it was cursed so I ate it and wound up here.

[herzlos]

You fell into a coma. [And temporarily died, but that-- she doesn't want to think about it. There is actual regret in her voice.]

She was the one who managed to wake you up again, efficiently breaking the curse at the same time.

[faithinfairytales]

[it was strange to hear her acknowledge the curse existed. since mary margaret had given him the book, she'd made out he was crazy for saying that!] That's great. But how did you get magic? Was that a side effect of breaking the curse?

[herzlos]

Not entirely. Mr. Gold was so kind as to return a book to me, which restored my powers.

[For the most part. Somewhat.]

So why didn't you just get rid of the book?

[herzlos]

It is a long story.

[A very long story.]

I had intended to restore my powers, the situation called for it. Your views on magic merely did not match with mine.

[faithinfairytales]

After what you've used magic for, I'm not surprised. You hurt people, destroyed them and separated families. Why would my views on magic be anything else?

[herzlos]

Because of the possibilities -- [No. No arguing. They've been there.]

This is why I promised you I would not use it again.

And did you keep that promise? [he wants to believe she did, that there is something inside her that can change and not be the evil queen. but a part of him worries she can't.]
