Wilhelm here, and i'm afraid I have to drop this old Templar. I'm sorry I did next to nothing with him, but I have an absolute lack of idea about what to do with him. I guess playing a Templar is harder than I thought when he doesn't have an army of devoted corrupted politicians backing him up.
