I am, for better or worse. An' this is Ruby City. It's a weird place, got a lot of monsters roamin' around an' all but it remains mostly quiet. Outside the city's got a few enwiroments about, but it's still cold as fuck and I don't suggest goin' out there for some time if you can awoid it.
