And that bakery's not here, I'm guessing.

[That's right, Cloud is not from any kind of video game.]

[And he does wear goggles. He's safety conscious. (And Tifa's been making him wear a helmet lately.)]

[Why not. Sounds like something that would end up happening to him.]

Kart. It's going to be a kart.

He straightens up when the strange hair wreck asks for his name.]

Rancis. Rancis Fluggerbutter. I'm the best racer in my game.

[May or may have not been exaggerating but details. No one from his game is around to correct him, anyway. He can claim the title all he wants. He works hard, after all.]
