Permissions!
So I realized a few minutes ago that Akito and Agito's Togekiss can actually do something super useful that needs a permission form for people to fill out.
Togekiss can detect if a person's heart is pure or not, and if they are they will give them blessings and dust them with 'joy dust' (idek). If they aren't, Togekiss will lose energy. Blah blah blah.

In addition, Akito and Agito both have a special permissions of their own here!
