For Phoenix:

Somebody needs to get his ass into gear and remind him he's supposed to be actually investigating things and not swooning over married women. A nice mystery event or something would probably be nice, but obviously it'd have to be within the limits of what's allowed. Of course, he also has to deal with the fact that there's the possibility one of the NPC characters doesn't like him very much...

For Hiroshi:

At some point he's going to propose a bestiary. And then he's going to find out Stiles is keeping a bestiary. And then you won't be able to stop the bickering AT ALL. Beyond that, I'd like some more CR for him in general, since he is kind of an obscure character and a little harder to get off the ground than Phoenix. (Doesn't help I've saddled him with a ridiculous headcanon concept, but yeah.)

In General:

Once we get a sufficient number of RPG Maker heroes in, it might be interesting to have a plot where some of the buildings in town spontaneously become crazy horror puzzle plot places where people keep having to find screwy ways out while dodging obnoxiously persistent and fatal bad guys. I know I'd be amused, anyway.

Axl:

Axl is generally going to be a plot helper - his accidental time travel can either be used by someone to serve as a plot hook, or to drop a clue if need be. Due to the fact that he can be rather oblivious, he's very good at accidentally pissing people off if you want someone your character can wail on.

For the fairies:

I'm gonna try to resolve the theft spree subplot this weekend. That should get some nice resolution and slapstick comedy violence in. Also, they seem to be attracting a couple people who actually want to HELP them wreak havoc, a notion as unfamiliar as it is fantastic. Beyond that, I'm mainly gonna lurk 'em until the next event.


Also, I'm considering one of two new characters!

First: Tharja, Fire Emblem spookystalker extraordinaire. I did a test drive post here. She's a creep and it's hilarious. On the lookout for potential victims friends.

Second: Kougyoku Ren, from Magi. She is a desert princess who has Old Fashioned Morals and Overpowered Magic Swords and a hardcore violent streak. I don't know what to say about planning yet but if you like Magi then hello.

Storytime

So August and Katherine were talking about this, and he thinks it's a great idea for everyone to share stories about the worlds they live in. They can do it at the local cafe/diner/wherever people gather.

As in... he's going to need one. He has been homeless before but he'd rather not do it again.

For SIR INTEGRA FAIRBROOK WINGATES HELLSING: I have a plot in the works with her and the resident vampires. Once I am finished with that, she's going to be setting up her organization and be looking for recruits (experts who can help with the city's supernatural defense, I know I've already talked with some of you about this). Other than that, I'm always up for new CR (anyone who can manage to burst her anti-social bubble, men who will fluster her, vampires, vampire hunters, etc), or expanding on her existing CR.

For Ahiru: She's going to be looking at the theater very soon, to see if it can accommodate for her ballet studies. Up for new CR with anyone, but specifically the magical girls in the city and Fluttershy. :3

Sollux isn't doing much at the moment except for trolling a couple newcomers occasionally and hanging out with his buds, so he's up for any interaction anyone might want with him!

Hook is similarly dicking around on his ship and giving the Black Stallion quite some frequency. He's out and about regularly and more than likely doesn't hesitate to woo a lady or two.

Ishimaru is in good spirits and making his aid available to anyone who might want it. He's as convict and intense as usual, so he's certainly an interesting individual for anyone who might want to meet him.

Cas has his sights set on some vamps in particular, but he always has the time to spare to meet potential trolling targets.

loki's pretty much been running around asking about the npcs in his free time. he has some kind of crazy revolutionary ideas in mind to get things kicking into gear and try to call the npcs out and get people out. of course it won't work, but HE'S GONNA TRY TO START STIRRING UP THINGS ANYWAY. leah will be there. i am totally up for trying to figure this out and moving further into the area of plotting.

also if you need anyone for shenanigans you know who to call.

[Ted/Edward]

Edward is his primary alias, but Ted's what he's been going by here in the city. Just a good ol' boy bounty hunter turned ammo merchant.

I'm open to just about any CR here, but please no infomodding. Ted tends to be charming, cheerful, and laid back, although it's pretty plain he's comfortable with violence. And he truly doesn't have a sinister agenda, nor is he really a villain. A sociopath and assassin, yes, but Edward's a professional, he's not about to ply his trade in the city.

Homura

More people drawing Homura out of her shell! Paranoid, jaded, and weary, Homura is secretly incredibly moe -- something nobody but Madoka is likely to have a clue about yet. Unfortunately except when it comes to stalking, surveillance, and protection, Homura's not very proactive in her social life, so she needs friendly people to insist she stop being a silent distant guardian angel and come play in the sandbox, dammit.

Kirei Kotomine:

Kirei's focus now is on atoning for his sins and trying to fix his thoughts and behavior. With that in mind, he'll try to be helping people. He's involved with the welcoming committee, if anyone would like to work with him on that or be helped by him. I'm up for getting involved in larger plots, as Kirei would certainly be willing to help.

He's capable of combat and defending people, if anyone needs assistance in that department, and he is a physical and spiritual healer, for those who have spiritual or medical concerns. He may not be a good person at heart, but he wants to be one, and he's trying hard.

Kirei says mass every Sunday and on holy days, if anyone might consider stopping in at the cathedral. He practices his Baji Quan in the park and can be found there frequently. He does investigate the city, usually on his own, looking for ways out or signs of Ruby City's masters. He leaves the city and fight monsters at times.

Also, feel free to bother him! More people to annoy Kirei is always great. He won't be harming anyone. Anyone who might try and loosen him up or get him out of his shell is always welcome.

Alice (Liddell): Alice is helping at the tea shop and the Owl and Hound (help to make ALL THE WEAPONRY!) as best she can, and when Spring fully gets here she'll be trying to drag people out to look at everything and have picnics. She could totally help greet newcomers or meet others in the city.

Morrigan Aensland: With her powers back and the seasonal change approaching, she's feeling much better. She might make another trip into the forest to see what's out there (and to have a meal, lbr). She'll also be working on making a dress, so if your characters would like to comission her to make something, go ahead!

Archie Hopper: He's going to keep collecting information and I'd like him to start collecting stories as well? (As well as telling them! He told quite a few in Fairytale land when he was Jiminny Cricket). August is here, so he's trying to check his instinct to Mother Hen him. XD

I ought to get all my boys more involved in the going-ons in the city (and started on planned plots) once RL calms down, but here's what I have in mind in particular...

Aristeo: Some trolling fun with the new death option - anyone up for making him happy by becoming his zombie, only to break his little necromancer heart when they come back to life?

Italy: Needs a permanent place to live. He's been couchsurfing for a month. He is still nursing his broken heart but some flirting, maybe a date or two would be nice - I'd like him to remember that romance can be fun.

Germany: Needs stuff to do, CR in general. Maybe get him involved in some mayhem?

Claudia
Iiii have been falling down on the job, but Claudia has been trying to set up a welcoming committee! What this basically means is that characters who join up will be tasked with making sure new arrivals are greeted at the train station, possibly in pairs, and that they have the situation explained to them and are properly taken care of. I know part of this will also be, like, making sure there are some changes of clothes and/or first aid kits at the train station too? That kind of thing. I need to make an OOC post about this, where I'll try to be more concrete/detailed about the specifics. If you didn't reply to her post about it and you want to participate, we can handwave something.

Also, because her daughter has recently left the city, Claudia is going to be UPSET. What this means for other people is that she will be throwing herself into productive activities with a really intense fervor, both with regards to the welcoming committee thing and otherwise. So, basically, if your character needs a hand with more or less anything? She can definitely get involved with that.

I also want people to flirt with her while Kirei linefaces in the background. And people who will wonder how the hell that marriage even happened to begin with.

Katherine

I don't have any particular focus with her yet, but if you are unfamiliar, Katherine is the kid who is purported to grow up to be Mother Goose. Having her interact with the OuaT characters has been hella dope because of that, and basically all of her CR has been wonderful so far.
I realise she acts a lot older than she is most of the time, but she's still just thirteen and still gets scared of things and at her canonpoint is busy doubting whether anyone loves her the way a father would or should.

I want her to have more stories to tell, and to swap more stories with other characters and learn more about them, I guess.

Nicholas St. North

aka, Santa Claus. He'll be opening his toy store sometime this weekend and posting about it, so if anyone has any special requests or just wants to come check it out, feel free to pester him. Other than that, I don't really have much in mind rn. I need to get more active with him, but life has been kicking my ass and doesn't seem to be letting up. His store and home are open to e v e r y b o d y, literally, he will befriend you and let you hang out there as much as you want. If you need a grandpa/fatherly figure in your life, he's your man.

Derek Hale

This month's full moon is coming up next Thursday, the 25th. So far my only plans for that is that Dean is going to shoot him full of silver (it won't have any effect, because silver does jack shit to Teen Wolf wolves, but he's going to act like it does and troll Dean by "coming back from the dead"). Other than that, I would totally love some plotting with the wolves of RC. c:

Outside of the full moons, not much is particularly planned for current times. He's selectively social, so he's in need of more frands (and enemies), and I'd like to plot for that. I WILL CONTINUE TO SAY DEREK IS GOOD WITH KIDS, I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SOCIAL WITH MORE KIDS.

Okay so. Right now the main thing I have this guy doing is working on putting together a bestiary for Ruby City. That means if your character hunts monsters/sees monsters/is for some reason unable to avoid running into monsters everywhere just like stiles then he wants to talk to you! The whole thing is sort of a secret project at the moment, but eventually when it's finished he'll probably share it with those who are curious/more inclined. Maybe.

Beyond that and romantic shit, I've got nothing planned. He just lost his best friend in the city, which is a major bummer, so bring me all the CR. 8> ♥

The only thing Clint is doing at the moment is giving Allison archery lessons, flirting with Anita [kinda], and looking for more weapons. And side-eyeing his universe's Loki cause YOU'RE BEING NICE WTH.

Other than that he is completely open.

For Hanna Cross: Man I dunno. He's just going to get up in the same shenanigans as always, which anyone is totally welcome to join in on or suggest some of your own!

For Seras Victoria: Have a plot in the works for vampire violence, but other than that, nothing else really is going on with her either. Once the Hellsing Organization is up and running in the city, she'll be helping with the recruiting process, so she can meet new people that way. uwu I'm up to anything though, if you want to do something with her!

For Envy: I need to canonreview his voice is very quiet lately I mostly just need to find more people for him to get involved with but he's not exactly a social creature so I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS........ if anyone's interested in doing something with him plsplsplspplsppslpls let me know because he needs to get out more. 8|

Henry needs to make friends. He doesn't have much CR outside his cast so that needs to change. He's happy to make friends with anyone especially now he seems to be okay with the family situation he left at home. Everything's pretty normal now. Or normal as it can be.

Henry could make friends with Norman, since Norman + kids is always fun. And he could probably relate to Henry and see a bit of himself in him. that would be particularly fun because Norman and Regina don't get along so well

Adam Milligan: Just got here, so he'll need all of the CR! Friends, enemies, you name it. Mostly though, he would like a cheeseburger and a beer.

Anita Blake: Always has plenty going on but I am more than game for her to make new friends and new enemies whenever. Right now she is butting heads with Dean, bonding with Sam, getting flirted at by Clint (kinda), bracing herself for a necromancer pissing contest with Aristeo, training Stiles to fight properly and she'll be assisting Derek in trolling Dean after the moon only somewhat unknowingly. Also she is going to give helping Toni out with her theater project a go.

Emma Swan: Definitely needs some more friends outside her cast, and she's working on putting together a small but organized team of people with experience in law-enforcement to help keep Ruby City safe. There are lots of people out there fighting the monsters, but a little order would be good since if it's people that are causing trouble, well, we can't just shoot them, now, can we?

Nathan Wallace: Still pretty new and has a lot of things to work out with his daughter, but he'll probably be looking at returning to conventional medicine at the clinic.

Severus Snape: Hates everyone, all the time, but more people to hate is always good. I would still like to have him get to know little Loki a bit better and look into schooling him if that's what Loki wants, since he is basically a tiny Slytherin. Also going to be opening an apothecary soon.

Thor Odinson: Basically being loud and awesome and mighty all day long, surrounded by Lokis and a girlfriend that makes some amazing cookies. Thor always wants to make new friends, though, and if anyone wants to go smash monsters with him, he is so game. Also, he and Castiel will be going drinking soon and anyone who wants to see those two drink them under the table is more than willing to tag along. Gonna be ridiculous.

I'd really like to see more CR between Celty and Thor, and I'd like to see Emma and Celty get to know eachother properly.

Not gonna lie, was hoping that Nathan was going to try to cut Celty open at the train station.

Okay, so while I'm on Hiatus I'm getting back my Turk groove and Elena will be getting into quite a deal of activity in the coming months.

1) Rebuilding of Team ShinRa (aka. Ruby City Patrol)

After finding out about the violent incident from Aqua, Elena's none too pleased. She will be cleaning the police station and getting the jail back in working order. After that, she will be getting the Ruby City Patrol back into existence after holding an initial meeting with her Not!Turks closest and most trustworthy companions/friends: Aqua, 202, Morrigan, James Potter, Tifa Lockhart

Once the initial team is confirmed, she will be expanding to include any new individuals into the fold for city protection. Oh, and possibly feeling out Integra about a potentiality to join. Or at least combine efforts to prevent duplication.


2) Vampire Outting (?)

Possible drama creation with the outing of the city's vampires. I mean, c'mon, everybody knows they're biters and its her job to protect the city's inhabitants. Even if it is on miscommunication.

3) Geostigma Begone!

So things with Elena's Geostigma has been going quite well thanks to frequent treatments by Kirei Kotomine. But this wasn't going to last forever and the Geostigma will end up going full force to take over the areas it would have affected if it hadn't been for her treatments.

Who this is shown to and when is very much open for input/requests/suggestions. Medical treatment is, obvs, to be completed by Kotomine Kirei (if mun is still into it)


4) Everything Else
