Would the Hellsing Organization be a separate entity from the City Patrol or a collaboration effort? Integra focuses more on the supernatural/monster aspect, while the other sounds like general crime enforcement(?). IDK. She wouldn't mind working with Elena, but so long as she's left to run her own thing (she's better at giving orders than following them).
