Hi Ruby City! I sure didn't stay away for long!

This is mippa with Minako Arisato from Persona 3 Portable! She's not from end-game, believe it or not, but instead from the Typhoon Event, so she feel asleep after being caught in the rain, and instead of waking up healthy she woke up here! ♥ Just her luck, huh?

Anyway, she's much more outgoing than my previous muse here (Chizuru Yukimura from Hakuouki) so I am looking forward to ALL THE SOCIAL LINKS CR!!
